Dance War

From Jackson, Mississippi comes Lacey, who grew up relocating around the country with her mother and two sisters. By her senior year in high school, she had attended 12 different schools. She soon discovered her passion for performing and became part of dance teams and performed in colour guard and in musicals. Having a strong religious background, she feels that she is close to God. Lacey attended college for a year and soon decided to pursue a professional dance career. While her mother agreed, her father was reluctant. Moreover, her step-father wanted her to continue pursuing her college education and secure a stable vocation.

Lacey's family recently moved to Nashville, where her parents supported her and paid for her dancing lessons. She also went to auditions and landed a number of gigs. While not working, she serves as a dance teacher.

Inspired by her faith and spirituality, Lacey truly values her religion as a central figure in her life. Having years of performing experience behind her, she is confident and admits that she excels in hip hop and jazz dancing.

Lacey is one of 14 contestants on Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann, where she is one of Team Bruno’s members.
