The return of
CSI: Miami, now on its seventh season, is still a good two months away. Meanwhile, the release of the season 6 DVD will not be until September 9. And there are few more loyal fans than those of
CSI: Miami, so to satiate their craving, CSI Magazine is coming up with a special 100-page issue specifically on the second series in the CSI franchise, CSI: Miami.
Particularly interesting about the issue is the voting for the CSI: Miami Awards. Fans get to vote in such categories as Best Episode and Best Horatio (stoic) One-Liner. Meanwhile, for those who love
Adam Rodriguez (Eric Delko), there's a treat for you, too, as he gets really intimate with an interview, talking about his friends, personal wounds, and losses.
There are also other cast members who have interviews featured in the issue, such as
Jonathan Togo, who plays Ryan Wolfe, Eva La Rue, who plays Natalia Boa Vista, and
Rex Linn, who plays Frank Tripp. Guest Evan Ellingson, who will be playing Horatio's long-lost son Kyle Harmon, also has an interview in the magazine.
The hardcore fans of
CSI: Miami who are also into forensics, and not just the show per se, on the other hand, will get to see a feature about capturing America's most prolific serial killer and other interesting stuff that normally come up on the show, such as estimating time of death and analyzing blood spatter.
When it returns on its 7th installment, the series that stars
David Caruso,
Emily Procter, and Jonathan Togo, among others, will be occupying the Monday slot at 10pm, serving as lead-out to the premiere of the Kyle Bornheimer comedy series
Worst Week.
Titan Magazine, which publishes the official CSI Magazine, also comes with publications for
Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, Lost, Smallville, and
Supernatural, among others.
