Do you like NBC shows? Then you may be in luck. NBC has picked up full-seasons for three of the fall season's new shows, while rumors circulate about a fourth full-season order as well.

NBC has ordered a full season each of Law & Order: Los Angeles, The Event and Outsourced. Sources close to the returning show, Chuck, have also indicated that NBC and production company Warner Bros. Television are close to finalizing a deal for a full fourth season of the spy comedy (via Ausiello).

Although critical response to the new programs has been mixed at best, each show has garnered enough ratings support to appeal to NBC during a tough television season. According to NBC president Angela Bromstad: "We believe in these new series and the creative auspices behind them."

Of the three ordered shows, The Event has the highest ratings thus far into the season, averaging 9.1 million viewers through Oct. 11. Law & Order: Los Angeles is not far behind, with an average of 8.7 million viewers. Outsourced has lower ratings, at 6.3 million viewers, but is still the highest-rated new comedy in the 18-34 demographic.

NBC has other new shows -- including Undercovers and Chase -- still awaiting word on their futures. Like all networks this fall season, NBC has struggled with many of its new shows. No big ratings wins in the new programming have left most freshman shows without any sense of stability. On the contrary, several programs have been canceled. Not even critical acclaim could save new series like Lone Star and My Generation from being axed after only a few episodes.

Will the ratings support NBC's decision? Will any of the new shows start to show ratings increases? Does this announcement put any of your favorite shows in jeopardy? What do you think of NBC's news? Let us know!
