celebrity rehabIt's day 15 at the rehab and it seems that the patients are starting to feel better.  However, the real challenge is staying sober once they have left the safe environment of the Pasadena Recovery Center.  The thought of life after Celebrity Rehab definitely overwhelms most of the participants with emotion but this reality is just too much to take for Seth "Shifty" Binzer, singer and frontman of California-based rapcore band Crazy Town who also was a patient on last year's Celebrity Rehab.

Read on for a preview of tonight's episode.

The seventh episode of Celebrity Rehab's second season follows Dr. Drew as he tries to teach his patients to stay grounded in recovery by being of service to others.  He arranges for Sean, Tawny, Amber and Steven to volunteer at the Midnight Mission, serving food to the homeless.  Sean, Tawny and Amber are excited at the opportunity, but Steven refuses to go, worried that going downtown will only entice him to score some drugs.

Back at the recovery center, Dr. Drew holds one-on-one sessions with some of the patients who aren't at the mission in an effort to make them think about their options for their future outside of rehab.  He encourages Nikki to get back to writing songs and suggests to Jeff that he would make an excellent teacher.  Of course, this is easier said than done.  Nikki is suffering from serious writer's block and Jeff is terrified that he'll be coming back to drugs once he fails.

The next morning, Dr. Drew wants to return the focus of the group to how they will stay sober in the outside world.  However, things take a turn for the worse when Dr. Drew gets a call from Seth "Shifty" Binzer's sponsor, who says his former patient has locked himself in hotel room where he's binging on crack.

Will Dr. Drew convince Seth to return to Celebrity Rehab?  Find out tonight at 10pm on VH1.
