Francesco Quinn is featured as one of the members of the cast in the CMT network's reality television series Ty Murray's Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge. He is the son of Academy Award-winning actor Anthony Quinn, and was born on March 22, 1962 in Rome, Italy. Like his late father, Quinn has continued to pursue an extensive career in acting, appearing in a number of feature films. These include A Star for Two, Placebo Effect, and the Academy Award-winning Oliver Stone flick Platoon. He has also acted in numerous television series, such as
CSI: Miami ,
The Young and the Restless , and In the Heat of the Night.
Quinn also branched out into newer media by co-starring in the 1999 hit strategy video game Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun. He has been married to Julie McCann since 1992, who he calls his soul mate and the love of his life. The two of them live together in Sherman Oaks, California with their twin children Michela and Max, who were both baptized by the late Pope John Paul II. Aside from acting, Quinn also enjoys a variety of leisure activities, especially extreme sports. His favorites include snowboarding and windsurfing. He is likewise an avid fan of motorcycles.
