Danny Lee "Dan" Clark is featured as one of the members of the cast in the CMT network’s reality television series Ty Murray’s Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge. He is a former professional football player, producer, and actor who was born on May 21, 1964 in Zama, Kanagawa, Japan. During his college days at San Jose State University he was a defensive lineman, and eventually went on to play for the Los Angeles Rams and the Professional European League. One of Clark’s most well-known roles was as Nitro on the television challenge game series American Gladiators. When the ESPN network brought back classic episodes of the show for a marathon, Clark was chosen as their on-air host, and he shared trivia and behind-the-scenes tales about the show’s production.
Clark has worked on a number of motion pictures, among them Death Becomes Her with Bruce Willis and Equilibrium with Christian Bale. He has also acted in a several television series such as Walker: Texas Ranger, Who’s The Boss, and Saved by the Bell. Clark also provided his voice talents to the controversial video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Aside from his acting career, he has also written screenplays and continues to enjoy a wide variety of leisure activities, ranging from martial arts to yoga.
