Check Out Rob Lowe's Hints On His Exodus Two Producers Joining FringeThe Hollywood Reporter has revealed that two former showrunners of
Brothers and Sisters, Monica Breen and Alison Schapke, have started work on FOX's
Fringe. Since the series was renewed for its third season, they'll be serving as co-producers for the J.J. Abrams-helmed show.
Gilles Marini Teases "Huge" ExitWill the best thing that's ever happened to
Brothers and Sisters already be leaving? Not really, says actor Gilles Marini. He actually discussed co-star Rob Lowe's exit from the series, revealing that something big is on the way.
"With Rob's departure - obviously it's a huge, huge thing going on," Marini told
OnTheRedCarpet.com. He also discussed his character's ongoing relationship with Sarah Walker (Rachel Griffiths) and hinted on some upcoming turbulence.
"I'm having a lot of ups and downs in my relationship with Sarah Walker," he said. "We're going through a lot of things right now that couples, madly in love, are getting through. So it's very exciting and a lot of people are going to be able to relate to that storyline."
On an interview with
TV Fanatic, meanwhile, Marini revealed that there's "the most action-packed, big-bang cliffhanger of all the seasons of
Brothers & Sisters" that's going to be unveiled soon. It won't involve an assassination against Robert McCallister though.
"Rob Lowe killed?" the actor asked in disbelief. "I don't think so. I hope not. I know exactly what's going to happen and trust me it's awesome. I will be there on set watching the scene."
Emily Vancamp Stars in Ben Hur RetellingWhile Rebecca isn't all that busy on
Brothers and Sisters, actress Emily Vancamp is. The 23-year-old star has been tapped to play Esther in the new, Canadian co-produced two-part TV movie
Ben Hur, according to
Winnipeg Free Press. She's joined by Joseph Morgan in the lead role, with Hugh Bonneville, Ray Winstone, Ben Cross, Alex Kingston and
Smallville star Kristin Kreuk.
Though she has that small screen flick on the way, she couldn't help but dish on how secretive the
Brothers and Sisters writers are becoming. That is, regarding Rob Lowe's highly publicized exit.
"[E]veryone knows about Rob Lowe's departure," she said. "None of us know how he's going yet. There's always a bit of drama going on and it's hard for me to keep up with it."
