From Bones to the classic Law & Order: SVU, the criminal and legal shows on prime-time television are a dream come true for a self-proclaimed investigator like me and other fans who tune in faithfully each week. It's no secret that there are plenty of these shows to go around. Plus I loved it when series like Chicago PD, Chicago Fire, and Law & Order: SVU joined together for one major episode to solve a crime. But could you imagine if more of our favorite crime-solving heroes were in on one big case? Take a look at the dream team I'm itching to see solve a crime together.

Danny Reagan Is the First to Arrive

None other than Blue Bloods investigator Danny Reagan is the first to arrive at the scene that has been determined a homicide. His instincts have helped him rise to the top detective in the precinct so of course he made the list. We would definitely need his intuition and know-how to get the job done. Plus, he knows how to put a perp in their place whatever the crime might be (let's not forget the time he held a suspect over the ledge of a skyscraper until he confessed.)

Chicago PD Stars Step In

But even Danny can't be the only police officer solving the case. Seeing him team up with Erin Lindsay and Jay Halstead of Chicago PD would be nothing less than amazing. Erin's past always has a tendency to resurface and she never hesitates to get personal with the victims of the case, especially if it's a teenager, as she had a troubled childhood herself. Her partner Jay Halstead is also a necessity as he is not only Erin's partner, but has an Army background that would come in handy, as long as his personal relationship with Erin isn't a distraction.

Olivia Benson Is a Must

Even with all of their knowledge, they would still need help from Olivia Benson from Law & Order: SVU. She would be called to the scene as her time with the NYPD alone is more than enough to lend a helping hand. And if the case involves a woman or a child who is being mistreated, she probably won't sleep a wink until the one doing the antagonizing is convicted and behind bars. Plus, it looks like Olivia might be ready to retire this season on the show, so she should definitely be involved in this lineup before she puts away her badge. She and Erin would be a dynamic duo to bring the victim into the precinct.

Bones Duo Brings Their Expertise

Temperance "Bones" Brennan Booth and Seeley Booth wouldn't be too far from the scene of the crime, especially since Bones is in its farewell season. I'd love to see Brennan and Booth team up with other TV crime heavy-hitters before they say goodbye for good. Brennan's forensics expertise would be vital to solve the case. While her sometimes aggressive demeanor might conflict with Danny's, one of them is will likely back down for the good of cracking the investigation. As for Booth, he and Brennan come as a pair, so you can't have her without him. Still, the Special FBI Agent can definitely hold his own and his connection to the agency would be a huge advantage. It also helps that he tends to be a little more compassionate than Brennan so he can add the emotional factor to pull on our heartstrings. Brennan and Booth are able to gather some information from the victim's body for bringing it to another crime TV star.

Rosewood Star Handles the Body from There

Beaumont Rosewood, Jr. AKA Rosewood of FOX's show of the same name, would be on hand to take a look at the deceased body at his pathology center and not only determine what really happened, but help find out who did it. Detective Annalise Villa would be there, most likely reluctantly, to make sure that Beaumont doesn't go too far and stays in line with the law during his investigation.

Jason Bull Is a Needed Newbie

I know I'm not alone when I say I miss Michael Weatherly as Tony DiNozzo on NCIS. But now that he plays a new character, Jason Bull, on the show Bull, I'm convinced he would be needed in this crime case. He would be waiting for Erin and Olivia at the precinct hoping to get into the head of the alleged criminal as well as the jurors, witnesses and even the attorneys once the case goes to trial. Bull would get through to the accused like only he can, and once they're in the courtroom, he'll be there to make sure the case is solved in the right way -- no matter who he has to convince to come to his side.

Mike Can Finally Practice Legally

Now that Mike from Suits is an actual lawyer, it's only right that he represents the victim's family. He has had a few moments of redemption so I think it's safe to say the criminal, whoever it is, will be brought to justice. But of course much of the time there is no Mike without Harvey. So Harvey would also need to be present. And while he might try to cause Mike to veer to the left and do underhanded things to win, I think Mike is strong enough to stay the course and win the case (legally.) Plus, he and Bull would be amazing together.

Riggs and Murtaugh's Top 5 Bonding Moments on Lethal Weapon>>>

Riggs and Murtaugh Bring the Funny

Martin Riggs and Roger Murtaugh of Lethal Weapon might be LAPD, but I think most of us can admit they would provide some comedic relief during the case. Of course a serious crime is nothing to laugh at, but the officers sometimes get so tense when it comes to finding the perp that they have been known to go after the wrong man or woman. Riggs and Murtaugh would help alleviate the pressure that any case can bring. And even though at times they go about things the wrong way (especially when they disagree), they always get the job done.

What do you think about this lineup? Who would you add? Who would you take away? Let me know in the comment section below.
