The Big Brother 14
live feeds are down until Wednesday evening, but Tuesday there was a
taping with a live audience for the next eviction and the final 4 HoH
competition that will air on Wednesday's episode, and audience members
have spoiled the facts.SPOILER WARNING: This article contains Big Brother 14 spoilers.
Shane won the Power of Veto

,Jenn was evicted by a vote of 2-0.Danielle is the new HoH!
Yes, apparently there was a tie between Danielle and Dan, only this time it was Danielle who won the tiebreaker. Since it aired during the episode, I assume it was a quiz, and I assume Shane was terrible at it. She's now guaranteed a spot in the final 3 with her third competition win. It marks the fourth win for a woman this season out of 24 total competitions, which is the worst gender gap in the history of the show. Women have only won 17 percent of the comps this year. The previous low for women was 29 percent in seasons 9 and 12.
And she's now the fourth multiple HoH of the season. That has only happened one other time in season 9 when Dick, Daniele, Jessica and Zach all won multiple HoHs. If Dan survives and wins the last HoH, it could mark the first time in history five different people all won multiple HoHs in the same season.
Now it all comes down to the final Power of Veto competition. There are four distinct possibilities.Dan Wins
: This is a hard choice. He has a final 2 deal with Ian, but he knows he probably can't beat Ian in the finale. However, if he keeps Shane, then he knows Shane and Danielle would probably take each other to the finale. So evicting Shane would be the smart move.Ian Wins
: Since he has a final 2 deal with Dan (and seems committed to it), he'd probably evict Shane.Shane Wins
: He seems completely devoted to his final 3 deal with Danielle and Dan, so he'd probably evict Ian.Danielle Wins
: She'd probably keep Dan safe because she seems far more devoted to him than Shane. As a result, Shane would be evicted. But if Danielle were smart, she'd save Shane, knowing both her closest allies would be with her and either would take her to the end.
So there's a very good chance Shane will be evicted unless he wins the final Power of Veto competition. Are you rooting for Shane to take out Ian (or, more shockingly, Dan), or do you think Captain America should get evicted? And are you as saddened as I am with the prospect of Danielle potentially winning the game?
We'll see Shane winning PoV, going on a trip to see the U.S. Women's Gymnastics team with Danielle, Jenn getting evicted and Danielle winning the next HoH competition on Wednesday's show, and on Thursday night we'll see the final Power of Veto competition and the final eviction before the last three HGs battle it out.(Image courtesy of CBS)
