Sources say that scenes for this episode, filmed last April, included Admiral Adama seeing Zarek in the brig, Adama giving Tigh coordinates in the brig corridor and Adama in Laura’s Temporary Quarters.  There has also been mention of an occurrence resulting in smoke, causing Adama to give a press conference. 

Furthermore, an LA Times interview has noted that Adama will end up with blood on his hands and the cuffs of his uniform.  Things seem to be falling apart, since it appears as though a showdown will arise on the Cylon homeworld (Earth) and Galactica.
