Kashif Memon is a dancer who appeared as one of the top 20 contestants on season two of the NBC reality television show America’s Got Talent. He hails from Pakistan, and calls his act “Bollywood-inspired.” During the Chicago auditions, he performed the dance from the song “Ek Pal Ka Jeena,” taken from the Bollywood blockbuster Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai. Later on at the Las Vegas callbacks, he danced to “Dil Ne Dil Ko Pukara” from the same movie, and was lauded by Sharon Osbourne for bringing his own culture to the show. During the semifinals, he danced to “Say Shava Shava” from the film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, but was eliminated.
