Residents of Pine Valley can expect the arrival of a new doctor in town as

Earlier this month, fans of
All My Children learned that Annie wasn't exactly abducted. In fact, Annie, along with Di and Aidan (
Aiden Turner), schemed her “kidnapping,” along with Emma's, to get back at Ryan. As expected, Annie will be forced to do a lot of explaining just to get Emma back. This eventually paves the way for the introduction of her new psychiatrist Dr. Sinclair, Westmore's character on
All My Children. To find out more about Westmore's role, stay tuned for more updates.
Prior to landing a role on
All My Children, Westmore portrayed the role of Sheridan Crane Lopez-Fitzgerald on the television soap opera
Passions from 1999 to 2008. During her time on the show, she was noted for her popular pairing with Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald, portrayed by
Galen Gering. She also won a Soap Opera Digest Award in 2001 for her
Passions role for Outstanding Heroine and was nominated for Special Fan Awards in 2002 and 2005 along with Gering for America's Favorite Couple and Irresistible Combination, as well as a nomination for a Soap Opera Digest Award in 2005 for Favorite Couple.
In addition, Westmore broadened her credits as she guest starred in an episode of
Friends as herself and appeared in the third season of Showtime's
Dexter. Her other credits include roles on
Miss Match, Star Trek: Insurrection, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Voyager and
Weird Science, just to name a few.
