Another actor has joined the DUI bandwagon. Adrian Pasdar, who is perhaps best known for playing flying Senator Nathan Petrelli on NBC's Heroes, was busted for suspicion of drunk driving early this morning after police spotted him swerving recklessly. According to TMZ, the 44-year-old actor was caught going more than the 90 mph on the 405 Freeway in L.A. and was "failing to maintain his lane."

Police reportedly detected alcohol as they approached the Heroes actor's vehicle and decided to give him a field sobriety test. "Upon contacting Pasdar, the officers noticed an odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from...within the vehicle" and determined the actor was under the influence of alcohol, the California Highway patrol said.

Pasdar was consequently taken into custody at 2:59am at a nearby jail where bail was set at $15,000. After posting bail, which was reportedly so high because the actor refused to take a breathalyzer, Pasdar was released at 8:30am. His court date is scheduled for February 24.

Pasdar, who is married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines, was recently killed off on Heroes--- a series he's been a part of since 2006. As of this moment, the actor has no other project underway.
