Jack Bauer is the most bad ass character on television. Anyone who argues otherwise is blind to the realities of life. Jack Bauer gets things done, no matter who gets in his way. Oftentimes, this means he has to kill people. I don't condone violence, but when this violence is perpetrated by a man like Jack Bauer, you can't question it. These are just things that must be done. There has been a large body count over 24's first five seasons. Terrorists, civilians, good guys, bad guys...24 is an equal opportunity killer. However, the best, most entertaining, and most shocking deaths have, for the most part, come at the hands of Jack Bauer. This list attempts to make sense of the best of those moments.
In creating this list, the best resource I found was a site called BauerCount. This site lists, by season, every person Jack has killed. It notes the character's name, what episode, the weapon/method used, and includes both a picture and video of each death. It's a crazy, comprehensive website that any 24 fan should check out.
