Horatio Caine: So, what are you saying?
Alexx Woods: What I'm saying is I'm not an anthropologist. It could be a large woman or a small man.

Alexx:Horatio you are going to love this!
Horatio:Bag it,mark it and let's see what else do we got here.

CSI: Miami User Reviews Write a review

I love this show! My boyfriend and I watch it together all the time, which is not a normal thing when it comes to TV shows.
Why CSI Miami doesn't hold a candle to CSI This show is annoying and laughable. You can have a drinking game with how many times H puts his hands on his hips, cricks his neck talking, or being condescending, and putting on his shades. Then you have Alex who talks to bodies sympathetically.H doesn't compare to Grissom and Alex doesn't compare to the coroner on Law And Order: SVU. SVU's coroner at least has an air of professionalism about her. Well, that goes with better acting.CSI Miami is a typical macho Bruckheimer show a la those National Treasure pics with Nicolas Cage. This stuff with Miami makes it popular in Europe. For substance, stick with the original CSI. Grissom rules!
CSI:Miami ROX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OK,I think taht CSI:Miami is best CSI show.If you don't like it don't watch it!!!!!!!!!Grissom and Mac are cool, but they are not even close to H!!!I watch CSI:Miami 3 years and that show never isn't boring!!!I'm from Europe,we have all 3 CSI's but Miami is the best!!!!!!!!!!

Megalyn Echikunwoke Talks About Fitting in on 'CSI: Miami'

December 2, 2008

Megalyn Echikunwoke is noted for her roles as Nicole Palmer in the first season of 24 and as Isabelle Tyler in The 4400.  At present, however, she is known as the newest Miami-Dade Dayshift medical examiner.  Serving as replacement to Doctor Alexx Woods, played by Khandi Alexander, on CSI: Miami, the 25-year-old actress reveals how she prepared to join the forensic drama and what's it like working with the cast and crew.

Echikunwoke's character on CSI: Miami, Doctor Tara Price, was introduced in the seventh season's second episode "Won't Get Fueled Again" where she worked in her first job, which was to examine the body of a burnt male victim on a beach.  She then became part of the main opening cast credits in the fifth episode “Bombshell.”

Diddy to Appear on 'CSI: Miami' Plus Preview of Tonight's Episode

November 24, 2008

Can you picture Diddy playing a force of justice?  Well imagine no more.  The 39-year-old rapper, who is also known as Sean Combs in real life, has signed on to appear on CSI: Miami, according to The Insider.  This is not the first time Diddy has forayed into acting as he recently garnered critical acclaim for his role in A Raisin in the Sun, a TV movie made by the ABC Network.  The rapper, who has said he is retiring from music to concentrate on his acting career, is slated to appear on two episodes of the forensic drama.

For his upcoming stint on CSI: Miami, Diddy will be playing “a prosecutor who does not get along with police Lt. Horatio Caine, played by David Caruso."  CBS said that his episodes will probably air in mid to late winter.  At present, fans can catch Diddy auditioning potential new assistants on I Want To Work For Diddy and as the man of the house on MTV's Making the Band.

CSI Miami: "Gone Baby Gone" Spoilers

November 17, 2008

On tonight's episode of CSI: Miami, David Caruso and the gang struggle to rescue a kidnapped baby before it's too late – and the murderer decides to make her his next victim.  “Gone Baby Gone” looks like a terribly dramatic episode, especially for moms who are fans of the series.

From the preview clip, it looks like the mother of the child is torn between paying ransom or not.  As Calleigh points out, when they pay ransom, the kidnappers will have no reason to keep Sophie (that's the baby) alive.

Spoilers below.

'CSI: Miami' Producer Explains the Complex Sides of Horatio Caine

November 3, 2008

With the seventh season of CSI: Miami well underway, fans are getting caught up in the suspense and drama of this series.  The seventh installment of CSI: Miami, which brings back David Caruso and his shades, filled us in on what happened to Horatio Caine after he was shot back in the finale of season six.  Recently, supervising producer Corey Miller spoke to CSI Files to reveal some juicy tidbits on what’s to come on this season of CSI: Miami.

“We would definitely like to explore Horatio's relationship with his son some more this season,” Miller says of Horatio and his son Kyle.  “Since we don't typically ‘go home’ with our characters, it has been a challenge to keep Kyle on the front burner, because we do not want him to have to be in trouble every time he comes around.  But we are working on ways to further that dynamic, despite the obstacle.”
