Okay, so not everybody is on the Josh and Katee bandwagon. This reminds me of American Idol's David Archuleta this past season. Sure, the kid could sing but a lot of people felt that the judges were over praising him and it seemed that the wonder boy could do no wrong. That is, until he lost to David Cook in the season finale. Will Josh and Katee meet the same fate - staying at the top of the pack all season long until the moment that matters the most? Staying at the top of the pack all season depends on several key factors and technique might be the least important. Just ask Matt Dorame. An amazing technical dancer, he had every other factor working against him and was sent home before making the Top 10, aka the group that will go out on the national tour.

The number of dancers left on So You Think You Can Dance is steadily dwindling. Tonight the top 14 dancers became 12.
Among the notable aspects from tonight's results show was a guest performance from Robert Muraine, the amazing popper from California, who made it to Las Vegas but gave up after a day of grueling auditions. He came back tonight to show off his contortionist abilities, and even agreed to come back to battle against Phillip Chbeeb for the So You Think You Can Dance finale. Also performing was OneRepublic.

Last night on So You Think You Can Dance, the top seven couples took the stage. For the first time this season, each couple performed not one but two routines each, with styles ranging from the paso doble to hip hop to Broadway.
Katee and Josh wowed everyone with a hauntingly beautiful Mia Michaels contemporary piece, while Kourtni L. and Matt underwhelmed the judges with a mediocre hip hop performance.
But it's down to America's votes. The votes have been tallied, and three guys and three girls will have to dance for their lives. Who will they be?

In Vegas, the judges questioned Katee Shean’s passion for dance, after she said that she wouldn’t return if she didn’t make the Top 20 this season on So You Think You Can Dance. Judge and choreographer Mia Michaels said she couldn’t envision working with someone who would give up at the young age of 20. Still, they put her through and if anyone had any doubt that Katee wasn’t passionate about dance, it was squashed in the first moments of her first week in the Top 20. Katee and Josh broke away from the pack with an amazing hip hop routine choreographed by Tabitha and Napoleon D’Umo and haven’t looked back since.

The top seven couples took the stage tonight on So You Think You Can Dance. There is usually a lot to talk about on performance nights, and that is especially true tonight because, for the first time all season, each couple had to perform two routines. There was nary a minute of filler in the whole two-hour broadcast.
The thing is, with 14 performances to watch, it's extraordinarily difficult to rank them all. I can hardly remember the performances in the first half of the first hour. But I'll do my darnedest. Here are my rankings for each of the 14 performances.

Last week on So You Think You Can Dance, Chelsea Traille and Chris Jarosz were eliminated, meaning there is now finally some swappage of partners. This week, Thayne and Comfort had to learn how to dance together. Hopefully, this will be a better partnership for both of these two.
The fop seven girls and the top seven guys take the stage once again for another night of performances. As always, I will be here with live thoughts throughout the two hours of So You Think You Can Dance tonight.
