We’re sure to see sparks fly when The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All airs tonight on ABC, but sparks of a different sort reportedly flew between two stars behind the scenes. People reports that third runner-up for Ali’s affections, Kirk DeWindt, caught the eye of former Bachelor contender and Bachelor Pad contestant Jessie Sulidis, who appears on tonight’s special to talk about her role in exposing Justin ‘Rated R’ Rego’s lies during the current Bachelorette season.

Kirk will reportedly let Frank have it (even though Frank won’t be there) for taking his spot in Tahiti, but it sounds like he’s already fully moved on from Ali–right into the arms of Jessie. People’s source says that Kirk and Jessie “met at the Men Tell All, then went to the afterparty and exchanged numbers — and a kiss.” Since then, “they have been talking.”

Oooooh. Talking!

“He’s driving up to Canada this weekend to see her so they can get to know each other,” says the source. “Everything is hush-hush right now because they don’t know what will come of it.” First of all: They didn’t do a very good job of keeping it “hush-hush,” now did they? And could the secrecy attempt be related to the fact that Kirk is still in contention for a job as the next Bachelor?

Speaking of the Men Tell All, check out this sneak peek video at some of the man-drama coming up during tonight’s special. The guys take on the feud between Craig and Jonathan, and of course the whole ‘Rated R’ controversy. Complete with TONS of bleeps:

Another Men Tell All sneak peek: Despite the news that he’s now pursuing Jessie, Kirk still had to fight back tears when talking about how Ali “broke his heart.”

In other Bachelorette news, Access Hollywood‘s Billy Bush cut to the chase in a recent interview with Ali, calling her “Ali Martinez” in an attempt to get her to admit that she’s currently engaged to Roberto Martinez, one of her final two picks. Ali laughed off the prodding, but she certainly didn’t deny the engagement–and Billy claimed he could see right through her shrugs and “I don’t knows.”

“Look at that little sparkle in your eye! It’s the same thing when you saw him in that little baseball uniform.”

Could Billy be on the money about Ali and Roberto? Most spoilers and viewers are of the mind that only two things can happen when next week’s Bachelorette finale airs: Ali will pick Roberto, or no one. Ali won’t say much, but what she does say don’t sound like the words of a woman who went home alone: “I am in the best place. I’m so happy, so you’ll have to see why that is.” And she doesn’t look unhappy in these photos from the final rose ceremony.

Check out the rest of the Access Hollywood interview for Ali’s take on Frank’s abrupt departure, and what she expected out of tonight’s Men Tell All taping.

Chris vs. Roberto: ET caught up with Ali backstage at the Men Tell All, and asked her to compare Chris and Roberto. Interpret her characterizations of “quirky” Chris versus “respectful” Roberto as you will:

Hindsight is 20/20: Not sure how I missed this until now, but after tonight’s Men Tell All, 20/20 will air another Stories Behind the Rose special, which will include “Five missed signals about Jake and Vienna’s doomed relationship; information about the upcoming Bachelor Pad series; casting sessions and audition tapes” and interviews with The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss and host Chris Harrison. Five missed signals that Jake and Vienna were doomed? I think we only need one: They met on The Bachelor.
