The eighth season of House starts with the good doctor behind bars, serving out a sentence for crashing his car into Cuddy’s house at the end of last season. While you might expect some Oz-level madness, the key moments will come when House, now doing janitorial work, meets the pretty young prison doctor (new series regular Odette Annable).

In this scene from the House season 8 premiere, the cranky doc pulls a Good Will Hunting and surprises the prison doctor with his diagnostic skills. You can take the House out of the hospital, but not the other way around.
