Canadian-American Emmy and Golden Globe nominated actor Matthew Perry uniquely establishes himself as an amusing and comical celebrity who has captured the hearts of viewers worldwide. He is a distinct icon known not only for his funny roles, but as well as his versatility in drama. Gifted with wit, charms and an appealing face, he lands a spot on the television show Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.

Born on August 19, 1969 in Massachusetts, Matthew Perry attended Rockcliffe Park Public School, Lisgar Collegiate Institute and studied at Ashbury College where he was exposed to acting. He started his acting career by landing minor and guest roles on television. His first lead role was on the television series Second Chances. And although the series was short-lived, he became exposed and noticed on the entertainment scene. As an actor, he was popularly known for his role as Chandler Bing on the renowned comedy series Friends. His other acting credits included Fools Rush In, The Ron Clark Story, The West Wing, Serving Sara, Three to Tango and The Whole Nine Yards to name a few.

Playing Matt Albie on the television series Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip allows Perry to portray a former writer turned executive producer. His inclusion on the drama-comedy series gives him the opportunity to prolong his comedic stance and distinguished exposure on the television loop after his stint on the award-winning show Friends.
