Access Hollywood and OK magazine are interviewing the contestants on the red carpet. After the red carpet walk, they sit in a theatre with their loved ones to watch a mini-movie made about the season so far. Kristin, Laura, and Helen comment that the person they see on the screen doesn’t exist anymore. Instead of doing a before and after, the movie says “Day 1” and “So far…” pushing the contestants to continue losing weight. This truly is their journey thus far.

Last chance workout time! Bob Harper only has Kristin, Filipe and Ron on his side. Kristin notes that last night was a fairytale but the fairytale’s over in the gym. Bob’s pushing the limits of his team because he doesn’t want to lose any of them this week. Meanwhile, Jillian Michaels sends Laura to Dr. Huzinga because her hip has been hurting. Evidently, she has a stress fracture on her hip. It’s the most severe injury in seven seasons of The Biggest Loser. Jillian looks crushed. Dr. Huzinga tells them that she can’t run for three months and she can’t do anything that causes her pain.

Helen pulls Jillian aside for Product Placement Time! Milk? Alright, Dairy Farmers of America… 3 glasses of milk a day friends!

Jillian kills her contestants for their last chance workout. Tara’s attitude has changed from fear of elimination to a great go-getter attitude. Mike notes there’s a sense of urgency because they haven’t had a workout in a couple of days due to the makeovers.

Weigh-in time! Allison Sweeney tells them their last task of makeover week is to make it over the yellow line. Roger lost 144 pounds in season 5. Mike is 5 pounds away from breaking the record of the most weight lost on The Biggest Loser campus. He hits the five pounds on the mark and breaks the all time record. 145 pounds in fifteen weeks.

Helen, -7 pounds, 4.14%
Tara, -4 pounds, 2.15%
Mike, -5 pounds, 2.02%
Laura, +3 pounds, +1.46%
Filipe, -5 pounds, 1.98%
Ron, -6 pounds, 1.95%
Kristin, -2 pounds, 0.82%

Laura’s lost 77 pounds in fifteen weeks. Everyone starts to cry when Laura goes below the yellow line. Jillian makes a speech about how hard it is to see this happen and how proud she is of Laura.

In the dining room, Laura tells the contestants that she really wants to be here. She has a serious injury and knows she needs to take care of it but she wants them to vote as if she’s not injured. Kristin tells them that if Laura stays, she would struggle. She says she needs to be at the ranch and she’s not at the ranch to win the money, she wants to start a family. She begs them not to take the cowardly way out and vote her off because she’s the biggest threat.

When the two girls leave, Tara tells the group that Laura’s just starting to figure it out. Ron speaks up and tells Tara that Laura can’t get the help she needs here. He tells her that in order for her to get better, she needs to go home. Tara argues and says she has more support on the ranch than she does at home. Ron tells her that she needs rest and rehab every day. Tara calls Ron out and tells him she knows what he’s doing because he loves Kristin.

Elimination time! Tara votes for Kristin. Mike and Ron vote for Laura. Helen votes for Kristin. Filipe seals her fate and sends Laura home. Allison Sweeney tells Laura she won’t be going home along. The Biggest Loser will be sending great doctors home with her to make sure she gets better. Laura meets with Dr. Huzinga and Dr. Mink and is told that she’s getting better. She has a physical therapist and a personal trainer who have both helped her to maintain her weight loss. She hopes to lose 100 pounds by the finale.

Next week, Mike confronts Ron about their past.
