Chris Soules, Jillian Harris and Andi Dorfman all have something in common. They came on The Bachelor franchise hoping to find love and even ended up handing out the roses. While all three ended their engagement with their final pick, they remain hopeful when it comes to love.

Soules, who broke up with Whitney Bischoff nine months ago, recently declared on social media that he’s single and looking for love. In an interview with People, he also admitted that it hasn’t been easy to get out there but he remains positive about the future.
“I’m hopeful for love,” Soules told People, adding that he would love to date someone who doesn’t know who he is. “But when you go through a breakup, you get stung a little bit and you pull back. There are times I wonder if I’m meant to be single. But I’m hopeful I can eventually find that person.”
“I’m taking a break,” said the farmer from Iowa. “I’m focusing on me, putting my head down and working really hard. I’ve been sort of neglecting things that are really important to me.”
Dorfman, on the other hand, is “actively pursuing” a relationship now. The former assistant district attorney, who broke up with Josh Murray eigth months after the finale of The Bachelorette season 10, is also done with reality TV romances. However, she admits she has learned a lot from her past relationships.
“Definitely no more dating on TV! I’ve gotten my fill,” Dorfman told People.”I learned something from each one of my relationships. Even though they were failures, in a sense, every one of them taught me about what I needed versus what I wanted in a guy.”

For now she’s focusing on her upcoming book “This is a story of surviving heartbreak,” she said. “Whether it’s in front of a million people or in front of five people, it still feels the same. The good, bad, ugly, pathetic, psychotic, you name it, I did it!”
As for Jillian Harris, who was “devastated” after finding out that her final pick and fiance Ed Swiderski had allegedly been cheating on her, she’s more open to love and is a lot happier too.
“When I met Justin [Pasutto, her boyfriend of four years], there were so many things I’d learned and so many things I’d gotten out of my system,” she told People. “It’s so hard when you’re going through a tough time, you just want to punch people when they say things are going to work out. But they really do!”
“I look back now, and I understand that relationships are really difficult,” she said. “People annoy you, they frustrate you and they hurt you, and sometimes they don’t mean to hurt you. I’ve seen the highs and lows. I’m more realistic now.”
The Bachelor airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
