Registered sex offenders aren't a typical source of comedy, but the new series Raising Hope continued to prove that it's one of the funniest shows on TV last night with an episode all about sex offenders. When Jimmy tried to get Hope into a fancy preschool he learned that his father is a sex offender stemming from an incident when he was 17 and caught having sex with his 15-year-old girlfriend.

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

Through a series of unfortunate events, the rest of the Chance family also get labeled as sex offenders during the episode, proving that no topic is off limits and that humor can be found anywhere. Raising Hope also brought the funny with a shout-out to It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and a barking baby.

Basically, Raising Hope has been one of the most consistently entertaining and hilarious shows of the new season.
