and Miley Cyrus
have been making headlines ever since their fans found out about their relationship, but Gaston hasn't really gone public about it until now. As he was recently interviewed and photographed for the spring issue of VMAN Magazine
, he told the publication just what he thought of his girlfriend.
“I look up to her,” he said when asked about Hannah Montana
star Miley Cyrus. “It's nice to have someone there who already knows what's going on. It helps you plan your next steps.”
From what he's talking about, it seems as if the couple is getting serious about things. They're already discussing their future, but he's sure Miley won't forget where she came from. And that's truly something he likes about her.
“In a girl, I want someone who's really genuine,” revealed the 20-year-old model. “Someone attractive, but more just really nice.”
Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston met through her father, Billy Ray Cyrus
. Gaston, as many know, competed in the reality series Nashville Star
, and later got to know Miley. Since then, the two have spent more and more time together and have been spotted by the paparazzi numerous times.
Apparently, we'll be seeing more of them soon, according to Miley herself. They won't just be focusing on their relationship, but also on their careers. It looks as if Miley and Justin will be the next big hit in the industry, as they continue to make music together, in more ways than one.
“I just got a studio for my birthday,” said the Hannah Montana
sensation. “And I got him a guitar for Christmas. My goal is to become one of the most-wanted producers of 2010, so we have a whole year to get really good.”
They're definitely starting the year with a bang. There's their controversial group photo many have deemed racist, Justin being targeted in Miley Cyrus' Twitter account and (for some good news) Miley's next film, Hannah Montana: The Movie,
in theaters this April. With all that on their plate, fans can only pray that Miley and Justin will keep their careers, and relationship, far from failure.
