New series Fairly Legal premieres on USA January 20 at 10/9c after the premiere of Royal Pains.

The show centers around Kate (Sarah Shahi), a lawyer fed up with the legal system, who leaves her family’s firm to become a mediator. Just because she’s left the family business doesn’t mean she’s escaped her evil stepmother, Lauren (Virginia Williams), or the stress of her impending divorce with Justin (Michael Trucoo). To help deal with it all she often leans on her assistant Leonardo (Baron Vaughn).

To celebrate what looks to be the next big show on USA Network, BuddyTV is giving away a very cool prize pack.

Some of Rachel’s can’t miss shows are long time canceled Friends and Party of Five or current shows: How I Met Your Mother, House, Life Unexpected and Glee. However, with DVR she can actually watch it all, and usually does. When she pulls herself away from the TV and internet, you can find Rachel pub crawling around Seattle or at a sporting event.
