Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing is a reality series which takes us into the lives of the top agents in Los Angeles’ real estate market, where closing a deal is not as easy as it seems.  The six-episode second season of the hour-long docuseries, which began on August, focuses on the lives of L.A.’s freshest, most aggressive real estate agents as they reap in the dollars while selling multimillion-dollar properties in the most exclusive neighborhoods – Hollywood, Malibu and Beverly Hills.

Million Dollar Listing follows Josh Flagg, Madison Hildebrand and Chad Rogers in the course of nine months as they compete against each other in the race to sell the hottest properties.

Before tonight’s season finale, though, let’s take a look back on what went down this year for Million Dollar Listing.

The first episode “Sellers From Hell” saw Josh trying to persuade his friend, Dr. Sam to purchase a fixer-upper with huge profit potential, but this move put a strain on their relationship.  Chad had trouble dealing with an overpricing client, while Chad’s girlfriend, Victoria surprises him with some news.  Madison’s assistant abandons her post just as he lands one of his biggest deals.

In the second episode entitled “Mondo Condo,” Josh tried to fix things with Dr. Sam by finding him a great condo, which listing coincidentally belongs to Chad.  Chad, on the other hand, dealt with family issues while dealing with a demanding client.  Madison, whose assistant was still missing, found himself in a tough position.

The third episode, “Business and Pleasure” followed Josh as he found a perfect house for his clients, who happened to be a doctor and his spoiled daughter.  A rich widow of a businessman demanded for a beach house in Malibu, and Madison listed his own home in the market. He also went on a mystery blind date.

Episode 4, “Dire Buyers” followed Josh in a crucial negotiation while Chad tries to land a listing with an NBA star for a rental property in Las Vegas.  Madison dealt with his unrequited feelings for his ex-girlfriend while house inspections uncover some issues for one of his buyers.

Episode 5, “Showdown” saw Josh questioning if real estate was the right path for him.  Just as Chad was about to strike a deal with the NBA player, an unexpected setback threatens the deal.  A Texas tycoon demanded Madison to get him an ocean-view home for his son, who is going to college.

The season finale of Million Dollar Listing will bring us more of the Josh/Chad feud, as Josh tries to deal with his quarter-life crisis.  He tries to find a good piece of land for a designer’s multi-million dollar fantasy compound while Chad engages in tough negotiation with a seller.  He also helps a longtime family friend in buying her dream home. Madison reaches a career milestone with his first double-digit listing, and attempts to make Josh’s client want the property for himself.
