It’s been some time since viewers last saw Brooke Ellen Bollea, better known by her stage name Brooke Hogan.  Ever since her show on VH1, Hogan Knows Best, has been halted, no update has been revealed on whether the network will continue on with the series or how the 19-year-old reality star will make her way back to the spotlight.

Now, Bollea has found a way to return to reality TV.  She is seriously considering participating on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, the Primetime Emmy Award-nominated reality show that pairs a celebrity with a professional dancer in a contest scored by a panel of judges, and the viewers as well.

Confirmation comes from Bollea’s father, Terrence Gene “Terry” Bollea, who is also known as professional wrestler Hulk Hogan.  During an interview with Newsweek, he gives an update on the members of his family while Hogan Knows Best is currently off the air.

“She’s singing.  She auditioned for Dancing with the Stars yesterday.  I think she may have her own extension of Hogan Knows Best,” Terry Bollea told the weekly magazine.

The oldest child of Terry and Linda Bollea, Brooke wanted to pursue a singing career, which became one of the subjects of Hogan Knows Best.  She became the first artist signed to Scott Storch’s label, Storch Music Company, and was able to release the album “Undiscovered” in October 2006.  Furthermore, she graced the cover of FHM in the same year and became the first cover model of the magazine under the age of 21.

At present, it is still unknown if Brooke will be able to officially make it on Dancing with the Stars.  But many are already considering this as a smart move.  With her exposure on the “makeover vehicle” show, she’ll hopefully earn some good publicity that could boost her music career and also suppress some of her family’s controversies, including her brother’s serious charges over a vehicular accident and her parents going through a messy divorce.
