People has confirmed with Ugly Betty star America Ferrera’s rep that the actress, 26, is engaged to her longtime beau Ryan Piers Williams.
The engagement speculation started this Wednesday, when Ferrera donned a brilliant engagement ring on the red carpet at the Edinburgh Film Festival screening of The Illusionist in Scotland.
