Tuesday night another Dancing with the Stars pair will be eliminated. Will one of the funny men be voted off Tuesday night? Maybe boxer Victor Ortiz will finally get knocked out and put out of his misery. Could America throw Dancing with the Stars its first twist of season 16 by voting off a surprise contestant?
Based on how the voting has gone so far this season, there are three stars in clear jeopardy of being eliminated. D.L. Hughley, Andy Dick, and Victor Ortiz are the bottom three dancers and have found themselves consistently at the bottom of the vote totals so far this season. The question is, which one of these three dancers will be going home on Tuesday nights results show?
Selena is Coming to Get It
The former Mrs. Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, will be performing on tonight’s Dancing with the Stars live results show. Gomez will be following up her MTV Movie Awards performance with another rendition of “Come & Get It.” The Band Perry will be playing their latest single “Better Dig Two” while Estonian singer Kerli will be singing “Love Me or Leave Me.”
The Stars Fall in Line
Monday night during Len’s side-by-side challenge all the the pairs performed at their usual levels. Zendaya got the first 10s of season 16 and got a near perfect score with a 29, but she has been one of the top dancers all season. Kellie Pickler, Jacoby Jones, and Aly Raisman all followed suit with scores of 27, 26, and 25.
Bachelor Sean Lowe had another solid performance, while Ingo Rademacher hit a bit of a snag this week scoring just a 21. This has been Ingo’s first less than solid performance, so I don’t think he will be in trouble Tuesday night. However, if there were to be one surprise performer voted off, my guess is Ingo would be most in jeopardy.
Once again, the worst dancers fail to improve enough to get them out of the basement. D.L. and Andy put in the effort, but it’s clear they are the worst dancers left.
Prediction
Tonight’s elimination should come down to D.L., Andy and Victor. D.L., and Andy once again scored the lowest with 18s Monday night and they are far and away the worst dancers. This week’s wild card is Victor who has been in the bottom two vote getters two weeks so far this season. The boxer hasn’t really connected with the audience as well as D.L. and Andy, which may end up costing him. Victor scored a 21 Monday night, but I just don’t seem him going much further than the comedians.
I’m going to go with a little bit of a reach here and say boxer Victor Ortiz and his professional dance partner Lindsay Arnold are going to be eliminated tonight. Yes, D.L. and Andy are worse dancers, but as I’ve said before, there is a likeability factor here that I think Victor is missing. He has failed to connect with fans off the ballroom floor and it’s shown. Comedians D.L. Hughley and Andy Dick will live to dance poorly another day.
