It is no longer a rumor, folks. Bosomy Baywatch bombshell Pamela Anderson is one of the 12 celebs that will compete on the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars. The source? The bad boy of ballroom Maksim Chmerkovskiy himself, reports In Touch.

In addition to making the revelation, Maks revealed further that he will be among the professional dancers on the show’s tenth season, dousing speculation that he won’t be onboard after estranged ex Karina Smirnoff promised her attendance.

“They did an amazing job keeping everything a secret this time, but we know that Pam is on,” says Chmerkovskiy, whose stints the past couple of seasons have been short-lived. His runner-up finish with former Spice Girl Mel B. in season 5 was his best since joining Dancing with the Stars in season 2.

“She really wanted to do the show and the show thought it was a great idea,” a source said earlier this month when news of Pam joining Dancing with the Stars first surfaced.

Another Dancing pro Louis Van Amstel, last season’s third-placer opposite Kelly Osbourne, previously revealed that only 12 pairs will compete this season, the first time that the number of couples decreased from the previous run. The cut was a response to record low numbers last season, largely blamed on the inordinately large number of competitors (16).

So far, the professional slate is complete: it includes Smirnoff, Amstel, Chmerkovskiy, Chelsie Hightower, Cheryl Burke, Derek Hough, Mark Ballas, Tony Dovolani, Edyta Sliwinska, Anna Demidova, Anna Trebunskaya, and newbie Damian Whitewood.

Lacey Schwimmer, Jonathan Robrets, and Dmitry Chaplin, last season’s runner-up alongside Mya, are not returning this season.
