CBS is the first network to announce its premiere dates for the Fall 2013 season. As usual, the most efficient network on TV will launch nearly all of its shows in a single week starting Monday, September 23, with Survivor and the new sitcom We Are Men as the only outliers.

The first-place network will use the 65th Annual Emmy Awards, hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, to kick-off its big premiere week, including five new shows and the final season of Harris’ How I Met Your Mother, which gets a special hour-long season premiere.

In addition, CBS has set a premiere date for its mid-season drama Intelligence starring Lost‘s Josh Holloway. The show will launch at the end of February, the day after the Winter Olympics come to an end.
