The Big Bang Theory Just Got Sexier
Geeks everywhere, rejoice! Eliza Dushku will appear on an upcoming episode of Big Bang Theory. Dushku will play an FBI agent in charge of interrogating the gang to see if Wolowitz will be granted top level security clearance. Big Bang Theory seems like the perfect fit for Dushku, who already has a cult following of her own. Can you imagine her interviewing Sheldon? If you have to get interrogated, you could do a lot worse than Dushku. [Zap2it]

NBC Scores Emerson and O’Quinn’s New Drama
J.J. Abrams is one step closer to getting the gang back together. NBC has picked up the pilot to Odd Jobs, the tentatively titled Michael Emerson and Terry O’Quinn vehicle we told you about last week. The show will be a comedic drama that centers on the two Lost vets as ex black-ops agents. It looks like Abrams is keeping it in the family because Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec from Alias fame are involved as writers and executive producers. Bryan Burk, who executive produces Abrams other show, Undercovers, is also involved. With that kind of pedigree, how could I not watch? Well, let’s just hope the series is more Alias and less Undercovers. [TV Guide]

Good Wife Gets a Good Girl
First CBS gets the Biebs to do CSI, now they are targeting another tween sensation. Fans of Nickelodeon’s iCarly better mark Nov. 16 on their calendar. Miranda Cosgrove will guest star on an upcoming episode of The Good Wife. Alicia will come to the aid of Sloan (played by Cosgrove), a troubled pop star, who gets arrested following a DUI. It looks like Cosgrove is starting the “I want to be thought of as a serious actor” phase in her career. Snagging a spot on The Good Wife is a good step towards diversifying, seeing as the average age of CBS viewers is considerably older than Nickelodeon’s. [Ausiello]
