The Broadcast Television Journalists Association has announced nominations for the 2014 Critics’ Choice TV Awards, and both network and cable TV lead the field. The Big Bang Theory, The Good Wife, Fargo, Masters of Sex and the recent HBO film The Normal Heart are tied for the most nods with five each.

The Americans, Breaking Bad, Orange is the New Black and Sherlock: His Last Vow all have four nominations.

Among the networks, FX is in the lead with 19 nominations, followed by HBO at 18. Last year, these two were in the top two slots as well, except HBO was in the first.

On the comedy side, Louie and star Louis CK are being recognized, as well as Robin Williams, star of the now-cancelled The Crazy Ones, Veep‘s Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Tony Hale, The Goldberg‘s Wendi McLendon-Covey and Parks and Rec‘s Amy Poehler.

For dramas, other nominations include Game of Thrones, True Detective‘s Matthew McConaughey, Orphan Black‘s Tatiana Maslany, Scandal‘s Bellamy Young and American Horror Story‘s Jessica Lange and Kathy Bates.

Outside of scripted shows, The Voice is competing against The Amazing Race, Survivor and others for Best Reality Series — Competition. For Best Reality Host, Dancing with the Stars‘ Tom Bergeron, The Voice‘s Carson Daly and So You Think You Can Dance‘s Cat Deeley are all up for awards.

And in the Best Talk Show category, every nominee is a late night show except for one: The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

“As television journalists, BTJA members live and breathe TV, and we’re excited to share our top picks from an immensely rich and diverse year of programming,” BTJA President Joey Berlin said in a statement. “2014 has been a successful year for cable and broadcast as well as content on platforms such as Netflix and Hulu, and we look forward to celebrating all of these amazing shows and performances.”

The 2014 Critics’ Choice Television Awards airs Thursday, June 19 at 8pm on The CW, hosted by Cedric the Entertainer.
