Episode 1 - The Beginning of the End 1/31/2008 Edit details Charlie's dying message stirs up doubt among the castaways. A power struggle ensues between Jack, who wants to leave the island, and Locke, who thinks that they're supposed to stay.
Episode 2 - Confirmed Dead 2/7/2008 Edit details The surviving members of the supposed "rescue team" are scattered around the island after a helicopter problem. However, once they are located, they reluctantly reveal that they are indeed not there to rescue them.
Episode 3 - The Economist 2/14/2008 Edit details Sayid negotiates a deal with Locke to hand over Charlotte from the "rescue team," so that he can get on their helicopter and reach their ship. Kate joins Sayid for the mission, but she decides to stay behind with Sawyer.
Episode 4 - Eggtown 2/21/2008 Edit details Kate goes behind Locke's back to arrange a meeting between Miles and Ben, where Miles offers his terms for not giving Ben up to his colleagues. However, Locke discovers what she has done, and banishes her from his camp.
Episode 5 - The Constant 2/28/2008 Edit details During the helicopter ride to the ship, Desmond's consciousness begins jumping back and forth between present day 2004 and 1996. He is forced to find Daniel Faraday in 1996 in order to get answers and stop the jumps.

Episode 8 - Meet Kevin Johnson 3/20/2008 Edit details Michael's journey from escaping the island to working as Ben's spy on Widmore's ship is revealed, as well as his mission. Ben tells Danielle and Alex to leave Locke's camp and go to the island temple, but they are ambushed on the way.
Episode 9 - The Shape of Things to Come 4/24/2008 Edit details Jack tries to discover the identity of a body that has washed ashore. Meanwhile, Locke's camp is attacked by Ben's adversaries. Flash-forwards include Ben and Sayid's encounter.
Episode 10 - Something Nice Back Home 5/1/2008 Edit details Juliet is forced to perform an emergency appendectomy on Jack after he collapses on the beach. Jack's post-rescue relationship with Kate is revealed, and Sawyer, Claire, and Aaron head back to Jack's camp with Miles.
Episode 11 - Cabin Fever 5/8/2008 Edit details Locke, Ben, and Hurley continue their search for the cabin so that Locke can talk to Jacob. Jacob ends up telling Locke that he needs to move the island. Back on the boat, Keamy prepares to take off again, this time for an all-out assault on the island.
Episode 12 - There's No Place Like Home: Part 1 5/15/2008 Edit details In the first part of the season finale, the castaways set foot off the island in a flash-forward. On the island, the castaways try to find the chopper, while Daniel helps take people to the freighter.
Episode 13 - There's No Place Like Home: Part 2 5/29/2008 Edit details In the second part of the season finale, Locke and Ben enter the Orchid station in an attempt to move the island. Michael, Jin and Desmond work to dismantle the bomb on the freighter. Jack, Kate, Hurley and Sawyer take off in the helicopter and leave the island.
Episode 14 - There's No Place Like Home: Part 3 5/29/2008 Edit details In the third part of the season finale, Locke and Ben attempt to move the island, the Oceanic Six finally comes together, and we discover who was in the coffin in the season 3 finale!

Summary

A plane crashes on the way from Sydney to L.A., landing on an uncharted island, leaving a group of survivors to fend for themselves. Lost, the groundbreaking drama from ABC, manages to reinvent the stranded on a desert island wheel, combining adventure, drama, sci-fi and horror to produce one of the most captivating television experiences in years.
