The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville will be undergoing an operation this week to have a benign tumor in her breast removed.

"I am having surgery this week and am relieved it's going to be over with," Brandi told In Touch Weekly. "It's a blessing the tumor is non-cancerous."

According to In Touch, Brandi had been feeling ill for months before the doctors discovered the source of her discomfort was coming from a developing tumor in her breast.

Besides her health issues, Brandi has continued to have a very public struggle with her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, and his wife, LeAnn Rimes, about the way Brandi and Eddie's children are being raised. This past week alone, Brandi engaged in yet another Twitter war with LeAnn after her son got very sick after mistakenly eating some of LeAnn's laxatives, and she claims that LeAnn is too "unstable" to be around her sons alone.

"I'm not bitter, I'm concerned for my kids," Brandi tweeted. "I'm not in love with Eddie in any way. I'm happy to go back to therapy with them."

As for her kids, she says they and good friends will play an integral role in helping her recover from her surgery.

"I'm anxious about the recovery, but I have great friends who will be playing nurse. I'm ready to get it over with and feel better."

While we keep Brandi in our thoughts and wishing her a speedy recovery, you can see her really get into it with her castmates on tonight's episode of RHOBH.
