Girls, gore and celebs galore — that’s what you can expect from the new season of FOX’s horror-comedy Scream Queens. Though most of their panel was spent reflecting on season 1 of their show, the cast of season 2 (which includes Twilight‘s Taylor Lautner and Full House‘s John Stamos) also took stage at the 2016 San Diego Comic-Con to share all-new details about the season, as well as which big-named guest stars we can expect. Plus, the announcement of a brand new killer. Find out everything we learned from SDCC about season 2 of Scream Queens.

Casting Bits: Colton Haynes Joins Scream Queens, Cinderella Returns to OUAT and More>>>

After much reflection on season 1 and some small talk about the stars’ lives, we did get a few details about season 2. For one thing, the second season picks up three years after the events of the season 1 finale. Zayday is now in med school at a hospital owned by none other than Dean Munsch (and yes, they actually still call her that). The hospital used to be an asylum, though it’s not the one we saw at the end of season 1. Zayday will re-encounter Dean Munsch when something causes the dean to enlist her help. As far as the status of the Chanels, they’ve lost all of their money in the past 3 years and have hence fallen off the social ladder. Billie Lourd (Chanel #3) says that their lack of fortune will make season 2 have “Simple Life” vibes.” They may have lost their glamour, but Emma Roberts assured fans at SDCC that Chanels are working hard to get it back. While it was great to hear about the Chanels’ downfall and Zayday’s success, perhaps the biggest question was about Hester — is she back for more blood? It doesn’t seem so, as the cast announced that season 2 will feature a completely different killer. Looks like we can kiss the Red Devil goodbye.

It also wouldn’t be Scream Queens without some big names being added to the cast. In addition to John Stamos and Taylor Lautner (both of whom were at the panel), the hospital setting of season 2 will also be visited by Saturday Night Live‘s Cecily Strong and Arrow‘s Colton Haynes.

On joining the chemistry already built by the cast in season 1, John Stamos admitted that it was a little difficult. “This is not an easy show to do,” Stamos said. “Everyone up here [on the panel] is brilliant…it’s a real challenge, and I’m excited to be apart of it!” Stamos plays Dr. Brock Holt, the head surgeon of the hospital with an attached hand which once belonged to a squash player. The squash player also happened to murder all of his opponents.

Other panel highlights:
-Finding out that Keke Palmer (Zayday Williams) knew who the Red Devil was before Lea Michele (Hester Ulrich)
-Lea Michele calling Rachel Berry (her Glee character) and Hester (her Scream Queens character) “both pretty badass)
-Jamie Lee Curtis’ hint about Dean Munsch’s love interest in season 2 — “I don’t discriminate. Not by gender, either.”
-John Stamos calling his wardrobe “Forever 51”
-Abigail Breslin (Chanel #5) calling Tina from Bob’s Burgers the one person from TV she would be
-And Taylor Lautner (Dr. Cassidy Cascade)’s answer being Full House‘s Uncle Jesse
See you soon, season 2…
