Now that
One Tree Hill is sure to return for season 7 without lead stars Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton, fans are plagued with the idea that the CW series might not pique their interests as it did for the past six seasons. On the other hand, another time jump plus several new faces may just be what the show needs for a successful revamp, according to series executive producer and director Greg Prange.
"What I can say is that we're making another mini-jump again and season seven, the opener is going to really introduce you to a whole new slew of people. Our show is obviously going to be different because two major players are gone. But I think that the players that we're bringing in are people who are going to be welcomed and as our audience gets to know them and their characters, I think they're going to root for them like they have everybody on our show,"
One Tree Hill producer Greg Prange told Starnewsonline.com.
