There’s a huge casting adjustment in Days of our Lives and it involves cast member Felisha Terrell, who currently plays Arianna Hernandez. Terrell was first introduced to the Salem scene as Rafe’s younger sister who formed an instant dislike for her brother’s love interest, Sami, after learning that she’d multiple relationships, four children, and was still single. Though her storyline initially revolved around her trying to persuade Rafe (Galen Gering) to break up with Sami (Alison Sweeney), her storyline branched out as she had more encounters with other Salem residents.

According to Soap Opera Digest, however, Terrell has been let go on Days of our Lives but her character Arianna will linger on as Lindsay Hartley has been hired to take over the role. Hartley, who played Theresa on Passions, will start filming her scenes as early as this week. Subsequently, this casting move reunites Hartley with her former Passions brother Galen Gering, who previous played Luis on the horror soap, and on-screen love interest Eric Martsolf, who currently plays Brad on Days of our Lives and previously appeared as Ethan on Passions.

As of this moment, there is no word yet on why Days of our Lives opted for the move and what’s in store for Hartley as she takes on the role of Arianna. Currently, Arianna works as a waitress at the Brady Pub and has a decent relationship with Sami’s grandmother, Caroline. She’s also had numerous encounters with Brady Black, Sami’s stepbrother. Although Brady and Arianna got off to a fairly tenuous start in their relationship, other people have noticed the chemistry between them. Melanie Layton has decided to start trying to set them up while Brady’s best friend, Nicole Walker DiMera, who also noticed the attraction, has who cautioned Arianna to treat Brady well after his past failed relationships and has also tried to set them up. Arianna, on the other hand, has denied the possibility, asserting that she wasn’t the type of woman desperate enough to want a relationship with a man.
