Adam Baldwin was born on February 27, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to being an actor, he was a truck driver. He appeared in many films like My Bodyguard, D.C. Cab, Independence Day, Smoke Jumpers, Serenity and Full Metal Jacket. His other projects include The Poseidon Adventure, Angel, The X-Files and from the Earth to the Moon just to name a few. At present, he is part of the series Day Break where he portrays Chad Shelten.
