To prepare ourselves for the crazy, perhaps catastrophic premiere of America’s Next Top Model: All Stars, let’s familiarize ourselves with the contestants. We know a lot about these ladies from their time on the show, but what have they accomplished since then? What mysterious mystical force convinced them to take another shot at the much-coveted and often laughed-at title? Was it Tyra?

Some of these questions will be answered throughout this week, when we take a look back at the lives of these All-Star contestants. We’ll also highlight a few of their best moments on America’s Next Top Model.

For today, we have the loud and proud Lisa D’ Amato, the lady of the many wigs.

Don’t Miss This All-Star Clip of Lisa

Lisa can catch anyone’s attention not just by her looks, but by her attitude. She’s quirky and aggressive, with the determination of a sugar-starved child who wants candy. On the show, her wild behavior got her famous, from landing a spot on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew to being voted one of the most memorable reality TV contestants by AOL Entertainment. She was also praised for her work in photoshoots, eventually getting eliminated for her arrogance instead of skill.

This girl is also a musician, with a couple of albums and several music videos under her belt. She debuted with La Puchinetta in 2009, and her sophomore effort called Flippin’ the Bird will be out later this month. Lisa’s already rubbed shoulders with the likes of DJ Lethal and DJ Gavin O’Connor, Aqua, The Cataracs, and The Beach Boys. One of her singles was even featured on HBO’s Entourage.

As for her modeling career, she’s been involved with several publications and ads. Having signed with L.A Models and L.A Talent, she then appeared on Coca Cola’s Bon Voyage campaign, commercials for Old Navy and The Gap’s Mellow Yellow campaign, to name a few.

After all her success, we’re wondering why she’s back on America’s Next Top Model. Maybe she missed talking to Cousin It. Or maybe she just couldn’t stay away from the drama.

Check back tomorrow as we look at another contestant from America’s Next Top Model All-Stars. And set your calendars for the show’s premiere on September 14.
