The season premiere of The Bachelor can be a lot to take in. There are 25 gorgeous, nutty bachelorettes to meet (or in this season’s case, 26), and it’s hard to get to know them all in just two hours. Obviously, ABC had to show off the major crazies. (Who could forget drunk Ashley P. and her Fifty Shades of Grey fetish?) There had to be plenty of Bachelor Sean waxing poetic about the meaning of love, marriage and family as he gazes thoughtfully at the misty mountains and crashing waves on the beach. And there had to be some honestly moving stories, like background about Sarah’s amniotic band syndrome and AshLee F.’s history with foster homes.

Of course, that means that some scenes were left on the cutting room floor. Luckily, ABC has shared a few deleted scenes, including videos of Sean’s one-on-one with Chris, Lauren’s big Italian family and Catherine’s quirky Seattle lifestyle. Are you guys ready to check them out?

Chris Interviews Sean

Sean looks pretty decent in that flickering candlelight, don’t you think? Sean uses his Southern drawl, smiling eyes and sweet, sincere demeanor to charm America into falling in love with him all over again.

Lauren’s Interview

Lauren’s big Italian family feels plucked straight from a movie. They’re enjoying huge plates of spaghetti and meatballs, drinking generously poured glasses of wine. Judging from the music, they might as well be at The Olive Garden. Lauren’s dad might look like a mob boss, but she promises he’s a softy who’s always been accepting of her boyfriends. I guess that means Sean has nothing to worry about, although I’m pretty sure he’ll be worried anyway.

Catherine’s Interview

Now here’s a quirky girl after my own heart. She blows a kiss with a hipster mustache lollipop before unicycling; around a park, dancing and telling us she likes to be “ah-spicy.” I’m definitely enjoying this lovable weirdo. I like the ways she announces that Sean “is the ultimate all-American beefcake” and  she’s “hon-gray.” Ha! She seems fun.
