Good news, Supernatural fans. Misha Collins is coming back to the CW. The bad news? It’s not as Castiel.

According to TVGuide, Collins will appear on an upcoming episode of the new CW drama Ringer. He will play Dylan, a man from Siobhan and Bridget’s past who had some influence on their falling out. Collins will first show up in the 14th episode of the freshman drama. The new role should also mean that Collins will no longer have to sport his famous trenchcoat, which he wore in almost every single scene of his time on Supernatural.

This is not the first time a former Supernatural star has gone over to another CW series. Both Lauren Cohan (Bela) and Sebastian Roche (Balthazar) have appeared on The Vampire Diaries.

Collins spent four seasons on Supernatural. This year he was demoted to a guest star and his character, the angel Castiel, was killed off in the second episode.
