Surprise, surprise. Joe Giudice, a.k.a “Juicy Joe,” husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, has run into more legal trouble. Joe Giudice was indicted in New Jersey Tuesday for fraudulently obtaining a drivers license that led to an arrest in March, the New Jersey Star-Ledger reports.

What is it with these Housewives men? First, former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Dwight Eubanks was brought into custody earlier this week for driving without a license, and now Joe Giudice is being accused of driving with a license under his brother Pietro Giudice’s name.

According to authorities, the official charges by the grand jury were one count of impersonation and one count of wrongfully using identifying information of another.

The trouble started when police pulled over Pietro Giudice, also in the Garden State, and saw that his information matched his brother’s photograph. Police say that Joe obtained a driver’s license at the Paterson Motor Vehicle Commission office the previous June using Pietro’s marriage and birth certificates.

Joe is said to have obtained the license illegally after his was suspended for his DUI arrest in January 2010.

Now he could face a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison for wrongfully using identifying information, and up to 18 months in prison for the impersonation.

In addition to his run-ins with the law, Joe filed for bankruptcy in 2009, but withdrew the filing after his bankruptcy trustee accused him of hiding his assets.

We know where your true concern is, RHONJ fans, and not to worry. This news will probably have little to no affect on Teresa’s outrageous spending habits or lifestyle whatsoever.
