Alex got himself into a ton of trouble in the Grey’s Anatomy season 13 premiere, which resulted in police taking him out of the hospital in handcuffs. What will happen to him now?

In season 13, episode 2, titled “Catastrophe and the Cure,” Alex will be suffering the consequences of his actions. The official episode description from ABC says, “Meredith considers her loyalties, as Alex deals with the repercussions of his actions. Newlyweds Amelia and Owen host a dinner party with unlikely guests, and Jackson proposes an arrangement to help April through her recovery.”
