The anticipation is building by the day, as we’re now less than a week away from Glee‘s Michael Jackson tribute episode, “Michael.” We’ve had the chance to listen to a few of the songs already, so what could be any better than that? How about watching a video of one of the performances?

As part of their promotion for the episode, Glee and FOX have released the full performance video of Blaine taking on “Wanna Be Starting Something.” Check it out right here:

Are you as excited as I am now? It’s fantastic to see Blaine have his moment in the spotlight again. His dance moves, and the other students being his backup in the hallway, is fantastic. And then the transition to the auditorium stage is something we expect on these big performances on Glee, which never gets old.

What else is happening in the episode, you ask? Watch this promo that FOX has been airing for “Michael.”

According to FOX, “New Directions battles the Dalton Warblers and their devious new leader for the right to perform a Michael Jackson song at Regionals; Rachel struggles with a weighty decision.”

After “Michael,” Glee‘s next tribute episode will focus on the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack, set to air in April.

We’ve heard three songs now, as well as a full video performance. If you had any hesitation about yet another tribute episode, has this diminished that uncertainty? Or have you been a fan of this idea all along and don’t want to have to wait another five days for it to air?

Glee returns January 31 at 8pm on FOX.
