By this time, hopefully, Howard knows who he is… or maybe not, so we can hear Sandy exclaim “kill yourself!” again.

Josh Groban confirmed that he is returning to Glee this season.  No details yet, but he says he’s returning for one more episode.

And he’s returning because he enjoyed the experience a lot.  “I love doing comedy, so every chance I get to do something silly is really fun,” he told Access Hollywood.

Particualrly the Glee cast, of course.  “It’s so nice to see so many theater actors being hired for mainstream television,” he said.  “And also, being a member of the choir club as a kid, just to see that group of people being represented in mainstream culture is really, really so great.”

Groban’s return comes just as another former Glee guest, Kristin Chenoweth, confirms her return in another episode within the season.  Now, I’m hoping we hear Josh sing here, too.

Speaking of singing, the Glee cast will drop by New York and Los Angeles to promote the show’s first album, Glee: The Music Volume 1, which hits stores on November 3.

New York gleeks, hit the Roosevelt Field Mall inGarden City, NY on November 2; Borders at Columbus Circle in New York City on November 3; and the Best Buy at Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ on November 4.  Los Angeles gleeks, drop by the Barnes & Noble store at the Grove on November 7.

Go have your CDs signed, and go meet the kids singing–Amber Riley, Chris Colfer, Cory Monteith, Dianna Agron, Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale, Mark Salling and Lea Michele–and have a whale of a time.
