FOX is the fourth network to announce its fall premiere dates and the schedule features early premieres for a number of shows. While the other networks are waiting until Monday, September 23 to start the TV season, most of FOX’s shows will already be on the air by then.

It all begins with the season 3 premiere of The X Factor on Wednesday, September 11 at 8pm featuring new judges Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio. It will be followed by the season finale of Masterchef.

The following weeks sees Bones return for season 9 on Monday, September 16 at 8pm followed by the series premiere of Sleepy Hollow, which now makes it the very first new show to debut in the fall season.

The next day the Tuesday night comedy line-up will begin with new shows Dads (from Family Guy mastermind Seth MacFarlane) and Andy Samberg’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine, along with the returns of New Girl and The Mindy Project. Glee season 5 will begin on Thursday, September 19 after The X Factor.

Later in the month, Masterchef Juniors debuts Friday, September 27 while the animation domination line-up with The Simpsons and Family Guy starts September 29.

FOX will get interrupted in late October for the baseball playoffs and World Series, but the second half of fall begins Monday, November 4 with the premiere of futuristic cop drama Almost Human at 9pm.

Finally, FOX’s extended, double-barrel premiere season concludes on Friday, November 8 when Bones finds a new home at 8pm, followed by the season premiere of Raising Hope and the military brothers comedy Enlisted.

Here’s a complete list of dates for the FOX 2013 premieres.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8

Of course this is just the plan. I suspect there’s a chance that, if Dads and Brooklyn Nine-Nine bomb as badly as I think they will, FOX will cancel them quickly and them move Raising Hope and Enlisted to Tuesdays after baseball, leaving Fridays open for reruns of Almost Human. It seems a lot like when NBC said they were moving Community to Fridays, and then didn’t because all their new comedies failed. But we’ll have to wait to find out.
