The OTA beat the newbies to protect Laurel and now they will be joined by another early team member, Speedy, to save their friend and previous team member, Roy Harper. Why is Roy back in town? Is it related to the investigation into Oliver being the Green Arrow? Whatever the reason, it doesn’t look good for Roy.
The official episode description from the CW says, “Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Thea (Willa Holland) are shocked to hear that Roy Harper (guest star Colton Haynes) is back in Star City. However, when they discover the circumstances of Roy’s return, Oliver and Thea realize that Roy is in trouble and jump in to save him. Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) makes a shocking decision.”
