ABC Family has announced summer 2014 premiere dates for three of its returning dramas, along with dates for three brand-new shows.

Pretty Little Liars season 5 is set to begin on Tuesday, June 10 at 8pm. Not only will the Liars have to deal with both ‘A’ and Alison, but a huge milestone for the show will also occur in season 5: the 100th episode, which will be episode 5.

Season 3 of Switched at Birth continues on Monday, June 16 at 8pm, which takes place the day after the events of the winter finale. The characters have to face the consequences of what they did the night before. Also, Kathryn deals with being a herotica novelist, Regina feels pulled between the past and her new life, and the girls need courage now more than ever.

The sophomore season of The Fosters premieres on Monday, June 16 at 9pm, right after the return of Switched at Birth, and continues to build upon the events, themes and messages from season 1, including Callie and Jude having to adjust to their new roles in the family.

ABC Family is also debuting three new shows this summer. The first is Chasing Life, beginning Tuesday, June 10 at 9pm, following PLL. According to a press release, the show “follows April (Italia Ricci), a smart, twenty-something, aspiring journalist … [who has] landed a fantastic opportunity to impress her hard-nosed Boston newspaper editor and an office romance with her super-sexy co-worker Dominic (Richard Brancatisano) is just beginning to blossom. In an unexpected twist of fate, April lands in the hospital where her estranged uncle George (Steven Weber) works as an oncologist, and she learns the devastating news that she has cancer.”

Young & Hungry, premiering Wednesday, June 25 at 8pm, is a half-hour comedy. “Two worlds collide when Josh (Jonathan Sadowski), a wealthy young tech entrepreneur, meets Gabi (Emily Osment), a feisty young food blogger, looking to be his personal chef. Gabi is desperate for the job and must prove herself, mostly to Josh’s aide, Elliot (Rex Lee), who prefers a famous chef for the job.”

And the third new show this summer on the network is Mystery Girls, another half-hour comedy, which makes its debut on Wednesday, June 25 at 8:30pm, following Young & Hungry. According to ABC Family, the series “follows two former detective TV show starlets brought back together by a real-life mystery. Charlie Contour (Jennie Garth) is a suburban housewife and mother, while Holly Hamilton (Tori Spelling) longs for her glory days in the ’90s when she was on television. Both of their lives are disrupted when Nick (Miguel Pinzon), a witness to a crime and a Mystery Girls fanatic, will only speak to the infamous duo, and the former friends must reunite and put their TV crime-solving skills to the test.”
