I know we ran through this last week, but there have been more changes and a boatload more speculation since then regarding the new prime time schedules for the major networks. Sweeps is a key time for re-tooling schedules, and once all the mid-season replacements are placed, the network‘s hands are pretty much tied. There‘s no turning back.In the past few days there have been some mildly surprising announcements (Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip receiving a full-season pickup, Men In Trees to air post-Grey‘s Anatomy) and there are sure to be some more in the coming week, especially when NBC announces their Winter schedule and ABC decides what to do with their new/departing shows scheduling quagmire.
