Articles for The Real Housewives of New York City Season 3

The Real Housewives of New York City‘s third season opener alone left us with plenty to talk about, from the shifting of alliances to the petty issues that have been blown to proportions. Quite entertainingly was the feud between Ramona Singer and LuAnn de Lesseps, who both went a little too far by making such a big deal out of something so trivial. Read more »
Everyone seems to be on Bethenny Frankel‘s case. LuAnn de Lesseps certainly has an issue with Bethenny‘s attitude when it comes to paying the bills while Jill Zarin is still offended by Bethenny‘s snarky "hobby" comment and the fact that Bethenny wasn‘t there for her at the time she needed her most. But despite being the easy target these days, Bethenny remains nonchalant about everything and manages to keep her head high. Read more »
Though the second episode of The Real Housewives of New York City‘s third season was pretty tame compared to the catfights of the previous seasons, it wasn‘t short on drama. In fact, there were so many verbal bashings that this episode alone was enough to fuel fire between cast members off-screen.  Read more »
We‘ve already seen what Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Bethenny Frankel, Kelly Bensimon, Alex McCord, Ramona Singer and Jill Zarin can to bring to the table but sooner or later two new faces will be entering the scene, making The Real Housewives of New York City a little bit crowded but certainly more interesting. Sonja Morgan and Jennifer Gilbert are the ones coming on board this season, and since not much have been revealed about them, it makes me wonder if these two housewives resonate the same kind of social pedigree we often see in the women who join this show. Let‘s take a closer look, shall we? Read more »

The Jill-Bethenny feud has been simmering for several weeks now and last week‘s episode proved that things between the two former best friends-turned-enemies can never be the same. While Bethenny tried to reach out to Jill, Jill wouldn‘t let things go and decided that she can‘t have toxicity in her life. Consequently, the failed reconciliation prompted several responses from the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City, as well as Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice. Read more »

The third season of The Real Housewives of New York City has mostly capitalized on the whole Jill and Bethenny feud-- which is getting a little bit stale for my taste since the show has managed to focus on it in every episode. But every now and then we also get treated to some hilarious scenes and most recently, it‘s Ramona‘s catwalk.  Read more »

If you thought the tension between the feuding housewives of The Real Housewives of New York City couldn‘t get any better (and when I say better I mean worse), think again. This week‘s episode is sure to entertain viewers with more awkward parties, uncomfortable run-ins, name callings and Perez Hilton. Yes you heard me right, Perez Hilton!  Read more »
As the "he said, she said" feud takes shape on The Real Housewives of New York City, two teams have seemingly formed: LuAnn, Kelly and Jill‘s group, and Bethenny and Ramona‘s group, leaving Alex as the impartial cast member who‘s caught in the middle of all the mess. And if "Dueling Labor Day Parties" is any indication, we can expect more division among the ladies in the third episode entitled "Fall in Manhattan."  Read more »

We all have them--Cheaters reruns, RuPaul‘s Drag Race, 16 and Pregnant--shows that are so bad they‘re almost good. Jill and Bethenny may have years of history as best friends but it appears that no amount of tears or pleas can mend their bitter relationship and all that‘s left to do is a friendship divorce, at least that‘s how things appear to be in last week‘s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City.  Read more »
If you loved Kim Zoliak‘s "Tardy for the Party," you‘ll love Countess LuAnn de Lessep‘s debut single "Money Can‘t Buy You Class."  That‘s right; another Real Housewife has stepped away from the shopping and the drama, to step into the recording studio. The Countess‘ single dropped yesterday and while money may not be able to buy you class (or a decent songwriter); it can clearly buy you auto-tune. With lyrical gems like "money rich and manners poor, never got the boys too far" and "money can‘t buy you class, elegance is learned my friends," the song overflows with useful adages you‘re sure to be quoting. (No you won‘t.) In spite of being auto-tuned within an inch of her life when she‘s not speaking, the Countess‘ tune is surprisingly catchy. Believe me; I can‘t get it out of my head, no matter how hard I‘ve tried. Now you can enjoy it all for yourself.  Read more »
Bethenny Frankel, the no-nonsense housewife on The Real Housewives of New York City, starring on her own series? We all know that‘s bound to happen some time soon. But the fact that she‘s shining in her own spin-off hasn‘t really generated much buzz these days considering she‘s still bickering with the other housewives, specifically Jill, on the third season of the docu-drama that catapulted her to fame. But with the Bravo‘s announcement of the title and the premiere date of Bethenny‘s new gig, everything‘s pretty much official now.  Read more »
Gossip appears to be what makes the world of The Real Housewives of New York City go round. Because when the women on this show aren‘t creating headlines, they‘re often caught gossiping about it. She may be new to The Real Housewives of New York City, but Sonja Morgan is already an old pro at drama. Sonja Morgan, the ex-wife of J.P. Morgan heir John Morgan and newest addition to the Real Housewives franchise, was charged with a DUI on Monday morning. Morgan was pulled over at 2:16am after running through a stop sign in Southampton, NY, failing field sobriety tests and refusing a Breathalyzer. She will face charges in an upcoming court date that has not been made public. So much for staying above the fray and the drama, Sonja.  Read more »

Bethenny‘s Getting Married premiered with a focus on getting to know more about Bethenny. She‘s fascinating and going through a ton of big life changes all at once. On the show, she‘s engaged to be married, pregnant and just moved in with Jason. And all the while, she has a thriving business to run.We found out that Bethenny is not a person that loves to be around other people all the time, but Jason loves being with people all the time. There‘s always something to talk about in the social circles of the Real Housewives, whether it‘s in Atlanta, New York, New Jersey, Beverly Hills or D.C., and this week‘s round of gossip proves that the rumor mill will never stop churning as long as women like Kim Zolciak, LuAnn de Lesseps and Danielle Staub are around. Read more »
Bethenny has to plan her wedding, but since she‘s got a limited amount of time before the baby arrives, she needs! Here‘s a clip from tomorrow‘s episode of Bethenny‘s Getting Married that shows us Bethenny‘s first meeting with her wedding planner. The look on his face when she tells him the wedding is in four weeks is a look of silent panic. Then Bethenny goes on to quiz him about her choice of venue. Poor guy! Check this out: Read more »
Bethenny Frankel is a busy lady. We witnessed it in last night‘s episode, and will continue to see her push herself until she breaks down throughout the season. It‘s not healthy. But they say laughter is the best medicine, so guffaw-ing must be the generic brand of that. Bethenny is so busy, in fact, she‘s SO BUSY THAT . . .  Read more »
The one thing I like about this show, is how the title has a question mark at the end, to provide a mystery that lasted all of one episode. But maybe Jason will break it off? That I would watch.Bethenny has enlisted a guy who looks like Tony Hale (Buster Bluth, Arrested Development) to plan her wedding in four weeks. Nervous Wedding Planner makes this all much more stressful than necessary, but Bethenny likes him because he‘s gay and he‘s there. Does anyone else feel like Sean the Wedding Planner might get fired? His homosexuality won‘t do ALL the work. Read more »

Watching the first of the three-part reunion for this season of the Real Housewives of New York City was delicious.... if you are a fan of snarky, sometimes cruel remarks. The set was arranged with a couch on either side of the chair Andy Cohen sat in. It was quite functional, but it made the division among the women even more obvious. There were so many outrageous moments, but these were the most over the top: Read more »
On tonight‘s season finale of the Real Housewives of New York, all of the women had to find some way to deal with each other because they were all headed to Ramona‘s wedding. Not her first wedding, mind you. She and her husband of 17 years renewed their vows before an "intimate" group of 50 or so close friends. They ended up in two "teams" on opposite sides of the aisle.LuAnn held a CD launch party where she "sang" her song "Money Can‘t Buy You Class." But she did prove that money can buy a good singing voice, since her voice was so synthesized that it didn‘t sound at all like her. And that‘s a good thing. In fact, very few people at the party actually understood the words to her song because her voice was so distorted. Read more »
This week‘s episode of the Real Housewives of New York showed the events of the day after Kelly  "snapped" at the villa in St. John. Kelly left a note and went home. The other women were understandably relieved and had a fabulous day of massages, manicures and pedicures. Just then, Jill made a surprise entrance. The Elephant in the RoomThe four women were shocked and uncomfortable at Jill‘s arrival, since she didn‘t seem to be addressing what Ramona called "the elephant in the room." There were hard feelings between Jill and both Bethenny and Alex, but she seemed unaware of it. It was a strange moment to watch. Read more »
This week‘s episode of Real Housewives of New York picked up the Virgin Islands vacation as the women arrived at their villa in St. John. They had been away for a couple of days and had watched Kelly‘s insanity go from bad to worse."A Chef Works in a Restaurant"Kelly was becoming increasingly irrational and started to pick fights with Bethenny at breakfast. When Bethenny said that she would make a fabulous dinner for the women, Kelly made a snarky comment. Read more »
This week on Real Housewives of New York, five of the women went on a cruise to celebrate Ramona renewing her vows with her husband. They climbed aboard a fabulous private yacht and headed to St. John. As usual, the Housewives took the fireworks with the form of Bethenny & Kelly. Those two were arguing the entire time. "Money Can‘t Buy You Class" Read more »
Alex‘s raging message to Jill was still the topic of last night‘s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City. The girls, especially LuAnn, were puzzled as to why Alex did something so out of character but Alex obviously had her reasons. More highlights from the episode "Leap Before You Look" after the jump. Read more »
Among all the women of The Real Housewives of New York City, Alex seems to be the most sensible one. She‘s the peacemaker who‘s always ready to lend an ear and has managed to be friends with everyone amidst this chaotic third season. But that all changed in last night‘s episode. Read more »
Nothing out of the ordinary happened in last night‘s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City because everything that happened, we already know--from Bethenny‘s big announcement to Jill‘s upcoming book, Secrets of a Jewish Mother, which recently hit the shelves. Still, it was nice to see how everything played out from the housewives‘ perspective. If you missed last night‘s episode, check out the highlights after the jump. Read more »
Nothing surprising here. Almost all the women on The Real Housewives of New York City, or any installment in the Real Housewives franchise for that matter, share the same interests. But it looks like Sonja Morgan, the newest member of Bravo‘s Big Apple social circuit, is well on her way to making big waves. Whether she‘s here to ease the tension of the feuding housewives or to possibly create more trouble, we don‘t know for sure. I guess we‘ll just have to find out in the coming episodes.  Read more »
It‘s hard to imagine how The Real Housewives of New York City could top the events that transpired in last week‘s episode but these women have managed to do so in "Fashion and Fighting." The title alone is a giveaway to where things are headed in this episode but if you‘re still at a loss, fear not because Bethenny recaps the Jill Stuart fashion show run in with Jill and LuAnn to Jason. But for a more detailed rundown, check out My Recap: Fallout in Manhattan. Read more »
Drama seems to be the single most important ingredient at every event featured on The Real Housewives of New York City and last night‘s episode was definitely not without it.  The grudge and tension that have been brewing for months between Jill Zarin and Bethenny Frankel finally turned into a full-blown mess and it was every bit as entertaining as I could imagine.  Read more »
It‘s Labor Day weekend on The Real Housewives of New York City and what better way to celebrate the holiday than to throw not one but two dueling parties. The wounds are still fresh from LuAnn and Ramona‘s tiff in last week‘s premiere but these girls are about to cause a larger rift as they both throw parties at the same time which cause tension among the other housewives. Read more »
Things are more than a little different when we reunite with the women of The Real Housewives of New York City for yet another season and the drama has never been better. In the season opener alone, we learn that each housewife has enough beef against another housewife that could last the entire season, or perhaps even more.  Read more »
It‘s Thursday once again and that means we‘ll get more doses of the bittersweet friendships of The Real Housewives of New York City. Last week, tensions ran high after Bethenny discovered a gossip article about her broken relationship with Jill, while Kelly received an email warning from Jill that seemingly serves a threat for reconciling with Bethenny. Read more »
Bethenny and Jill‘s feud is at an all-time high this week no thanks to a gossip article about their damaged friendship, which Bethenny discovers in tonight‘s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City. Basically, Bethenny thinks that Jill is behind all the tittle-tattle so she calls and confronts Jill. Will Bethenny finally make peace with Jill? And how will Jill react to Bethenny‘s call?  Read more »
This week on Bethenny? Getting? Married? (?) Bethenny continues to be incredibly busy but still get nothing done.  And it turns out no one goes to D-List celebrity book signings at Costco. Who knew? Maybe Bethenny‘s constant yammering, set to "shrill," scared everyone away.  UHMYGOD LOOK AT THESE CRAB LEGS! LOOK AT THESE CRAB LEGS! Is it her pregnant glow or am I falling in love?Shawn, aka Gay Tony Hale, has already told us he‘s "not a magician," but maybe he should look into it. Because he is totally going to get fired as a wedding planner. And he has good "magic" eyes.   Read more »
Bethenny is so overwhelmed, it‘s no wonder there‘s a question mark at the end of her show title. We don‘t really know if she‘ll find the time to get married.  In last night‘s episode, she admitted to her friends that, three weeks before, she has very little planned. I thought this show would mostly be about Bethenny planning her wedding, not Bethenny doing everything BUT plan her wedding. I‘m not a life coach, but I think I can pinpoint five things, just from last night‘s episode, that Bethenny didn‘t need to do.1.  Go to a book signing at Costco. First of all, they have book signings at Costco? I didn‘t know, and neither did anyone else. Bethenny signed one book, for some girl who was just on her way to get two five-pound tubs of animal crackers. No one really showed up, so she didn‘t need to.  Read more »
I have to say, aside from her pregnant nagging and insistence on calling a gyro sandwich a "ji-ro" like it‘s an abbreviation for gyroscope, this episode may be the best we‘ve seen of Bethenny.  She‘s pregnant but takes her weight gain, liquor signings, and her assistant making fun of her in stride. She also showed some vulnerability and emotion almost right after the fact, instead of holding it in and breaking down weeks/episodes later. And it was kind of funny when she couldn‘t fit into any of her clothes (and you‘re wrong, Teri, that dress looked awful). Finally, we were almost tricked into thinking this was a regular episode of The Real Housewives of New York (instead of a barely tolerable spin-off) by Alex‘s presence at Bethenny‘s wedding/baby shower. Jason, Bethenny‘s "baby the game‘s on" fiance, didn‘t exactly shine in this episode, though.  Bethenny brings up that he hasn‘t helped at all, which he combats by saying she is too controlling and wouldn‘t let him anyway. After she asks him about beef tartar during March Madness (how dare she?!) he makes it up to her by . . . taking her to City Hall to get the Marriage License. Werrmp Wheeeerrrrrrmp. Baby steps? Read more »
It‘s finally here! The spin-off that dozens watched concludesish tonight with the wedding of the . . . month? It doesn‘t really conclude, though, because we‘re invited along on the Honeymoon from Hell next week. But let‘s focus on the present. The morning of her wedding, Bethenny finishes revising the manuscript for her book. Jason sends Bethenny a note to remind her that they are getting married. Shawn, who miraculously did NOT get fired, does a really good job getting everything together and taking care of those "dreadful" flower pots at the Four Seasons. While lounging on the couch in her bridal bathrobe, Bethenny pretends to appreciate her future mother-in-law‘s sentimental gift. Carol: This is something that you and I are going to start. A tradition in the Hoppy family.Bethenny: Uhkay. Then Bethenny attaches the locket to her lace underpants. She is America‘s Sweetheart, y‘all, we just never realized it. Her dog, Cookie, should be put down though. Read more »
Got four weeks? Great, let‘s plan your wedding! If you loved Bethenny‘s wedding and her process leading up to it, I‘m here to help.  Here are some easy tips that, from what I can tell, made Bethenny‘s wedding so Bethenny-licious.Tip #1: Make sure you are already over-booked, busy, and have too much to do. Being seven months pregnant also helps. If you only have one thing, like a job, going on you‘re not doing enough. Write a book, release a brand of liquor, schedule a meeting with a dog psychologist--you‘ve got to do whatever it takes, and then add three more things on top of that! Read more »
Okay, you guys, I‘ve read your comments and I think you‘re right that I‘ve been a little harsh on Bethenny. Admirably, she‘s doing a lot and manages to have it all without going insane like some of the other Real Housewives. So before someone makes a "Leave Bethenny Alone!" YouTube video, I‘m going to lay off her and try to see the show in a different light. The woman‘s about to have a baby after all! (in reality tv time, in the real world she has actually had the baby already, and according to her blog for People Magazine, it saved her life). After doing some more research, and spending some time on, I realized that this woman is a freaking empire. She‘s anything but a "housewife," in layman‘s terms. You were right, she is to be admired for her drive and I mis-judged her. I mean, geez, how can I hate on a natural food chef with a cute little baby? Can‘t do it. Plus this was a good episode and I found it even more touching than last week‘s wedding episode.  Read more »
We found out from the preview for next week‘s episode, and if you‘ve checked up on magazines and blogs, that Bethenny gave birth to her baby five weeks early. Here are a few old wives‘ tales  (and non-wives‘ tales) to support why Bethenny went into early labor. (Note: this isn‘t Mythbusters, or even real science; it‘s just for fun)1. Spicy Foods. If you eat spicy foods, or an extremely hot pepper at a restaurant in St. Barts, the baby may want to get out of there. The spicy foods thing is true, but I‘m not sure one pepper at seven and a half months pregnant would do the trick alone. Read more »
I‘m serious, I didn‘t know this stuff before, having never had a baby. But at least I knew what a bassinet was, MAX, and I bet I could figure out how to put it together. Just sayin‘. So without further ado, 5 Things I Learned About Having a Baby from Bethenny Getting Married?.1. You might not notice if your water breaks. And it happens gradually. In movies it‘s like "GUSHHHH" but for Bethenny it was like "whuh-uhoh." Read more »
Bethenny is, in essence, "cramming" for motherhood. Her first move is to go to a CPR class with the "Stepford Wives of the Upper East Side," which she should probably be used to from the Real Housewives of New York City. The class is taught by a woman with no sense of humor at all. It‘s good to know what to do if the baby is choking, but also terrifying to learn everything that could go wrong. Then to try to learn it so well that it comes up instinctually in the moment? Sheesh.Next, Bethenny learns how to put a fake baby in a car seat. As though anybody even drives in New York, but maybe Bethenny has a car or a limo service or something. Bethenny‘s friend, Lauren, visits with her baby boy, who, like all infants, looks like Don Knotts. Cookie barks every time the baby cries, and it might be time for Cookie‘s therapist to visit again. Or an exorcist, after a particularly terrifying shot of reflected glare in Cookie‘s eyes. Read more »
Before you even think about having a child, you hear a lot of things about becoming a new parent ("You‘ll start talking baby talk to everyone," "you‘ll hold out your hand for anyone‘s garbage without even thinking about it,"). Pretty soon, if what they say is true, you won‘t be able to tell your life from a Family Circus cartoon. And that‘s pretty sad. Fortunately, as we get to live vicariously through Bethenny, we are able to test how she and Jason hold up to all the new parent cliches.1. "You‘ll be able to feel whether it‘s a boy or a girl."  I‘m all for women‘s intuition, but a woman‘s psychic ability?  Sure enough, though, Bethenny felt like it was a girl and that‘s exactly what came out. Read more »
25 hours into labor, Bethenny gets a C-Section. Jason‘s parents come in all abuzz to discover that Jason and Bethenny‘s daughter is named Bryn, almost unintentionally after Jason‘s late brother Bryan. But enough excitement, let‘s get back to the reality of breast pumping (not to be confused with fist pumping, which you can find Thursday nights on a different channel).Bringing Home BabyAs new parents, Jason and Bethenny share a really sweet moment in the car. Getting the baby out of the car, however, is another story. Gina, the baby nurse, comes through and gets the baby out, just like they show you in baby nursing school (and get-the-baby-out-of-the-car class, but not everything they teach there gets absorbed). Read more »
To start things off, Ramona stops by and may or may not have scared baby Bryn with her face. It‘s confusing and strange being a baby. Ramona shares some life advice with Bethenny, including whether or not to have a second baby. Then they gab like old gal pals about "having relations" gewwwwwwww.You guys, Bethenny‘s post-baby body is no joke! She looks so great and is giving SkinnyGirl a good name. She‘s already wearing leggings! So why not have the baby shower after you‘ve had the baby? You can have more fun that way. Shawn puts a stop to a "cake-tastrophe," which is pretty much a category five hurricane in Bethennyville. Once that was resolved, it left room for the impending Max-tastrophe.  I‘m just glad they didn‘t play that "guess the poop in the diaper" game (you know the one). Read more »
The little mini-series spin-off that could, Bethenny Getting Married? has come to a close. Did you cry? Bethenny did, but that‘s probably the post-pregnancy hormones. When I first saw the previews for this show, I groaned, there‘s no way it could be successful! But Bethenny, and the show, grew on me and people just fell in love with Bethenny Getting Married? I have a few theories why this show succeeded.1. It took Bethenny out of the Real Housewives of New York context.  Who knew she‘d be just as likable even without all the Housewives to compare her to? It was a risk that paid off, and it was nice to be able to focus on just one interesting New York life instead of five.  Read more »
Centuries from now, when archaeologists (SPACE ARCHAEOLOGISTS) are studying the culture of the "new millennium," they will encounter the Bravo archives.  It is here that they will stumble upon an old film reel (or flash drive) marked "Bethenny Getting Married? The Lost Footage" and one will exclaim "eureka! we‘ve found it!"  It‘s flattering to think that some day, space archaeologists will think we were all as busy and world-dominating as Bethenny Frankel.I think the intention of the "Lost Footage" episode of Bethenny Getting Married was to entertain, and give us our final Bethenny fix before Thursday nights are dominated by The Real Housewives of DC, but it mostly just stressed me out by reminding me just how much happened over the season and jumping around quickly on that timeline. The show did have its redeeming moments, though, and here were my five favorite "lost footage" scenes. Read more »
We just saw The Real Housewives of New Jersey visit Italy, but that was just for two episodes. For years now, the Real Housewives franchise has been as American as baseball, apple pie, and over-indulgence. But according to, Bravo has plans to expand the franchise overseas.Ladies and Gentlemen, brace yourselves for The Real Housewives of Athens, which is set to debut this fall. According to The New York Post, "this version will follow affluent Greek ladies as they bustle about the cradle of democracy."  Call me stupid but I‘m a little confused about how this is going to work. Granted, you can barely understand some of the Housewives when they‘re adding words to our dictionary, but will the Real Housewives of Athens be speaking Greek with subtitles? Do they even speak Greek anymore? Or are they wealthy American ladies who have moved to Greece? Read more »
It‘s a busy day for TV news with a ton of casting announcements and renewals. Let‘s get into it.  Read more »
How about some of today‘s TV news in 300 words? The Office May Get a HeroHeroes‘ alum Jack Coleman, who played Noah Bennet on the NBC series, is in talks to guest star on an upcoming episode of The Office. If he takes the role, Coleman (who just shot an upcoming episode of The Mentalist) will play a wholesome government agent. What in the world is a government agent doing on The Office? I wonder if a government agent‘s presence has anything to do with the malfunctioning Sabre printers? Or, perhaps it has to do with Michael Scott‘s exit? The suspense is killing me! In news that is too amazing to let slide, New Jersey Housewife Teresa Giudice is teaching a seminar. The seminar is titled, "How to Have it All," with no follow-up (ie; "... and lose it all, too," or "... Or At Least Lie About Having it All,"). The class will be taught at the Learning Annex in midtown Manhattan on Jan 10, 2011 and women can participate for just $44.95 each. That‘s a small price to pay for "it all." The seminar advertises Teresa as, "a hero to modern women," and adds that, "Whether you want to get on a reality TV show, write a book, start and run a business, change careers, this inspiring evening with a woman who has 377,000 online followers will get you going in the right direction." [Radar Online]  REALLY? Does the seminar also include how to look completely dead in the eyes in photographs? Or proper table manners? Read more »
Here‘s all the latest on The Real Housewives, and some of the not-so-Real Housewives.TLC Orders a Limited Run of Bama BellesMost notable for being a Real Housewives of Atlanta knockoff, Bama Belles is a docu-series that will air on TLC and follow the lives of five women in Alabama. Yes, that‘s what Bama means. The women range in age between 24 and 39 and the cast includes a radio personality/real estate developer, an ex-beauty queen, an Army reservist, and an internet entrepreneur. The fifth woman has an even less interesting job, apparently. Is ex-beauty queen a job?If what TLC has produced in the past is any indication, we‘ll stick with our Real Housewives and stay away from Bama Belles, thank you. If it doesn‘t have NeNe, it‘s not worth watching! [] Read more »
Why is it that every series of The Real Housewives features at least one Housewife who makes stuff up like it‘s their job? More often than not, it stems from just the right combination of delusion and paranoia, and the other ‘wives call them out on it. Here‘s a look at our favorite Houselies:Real Housewife of Beverly Hills, Camille Grammer: what Kyle said.Camille accused Kyle of saying, "why would anyone be interested in you without Kelsey there?" and calling her "insecure." Both of these were taken out of context, even though we didn‘t see the first comment, it just doesn‘t seem likely. The newest addition to the Liars‘ Club has a lot to learn about the power of a good rant but she‘s got the accusation part down. So far, Camille is only guilty of hearing things incorrectly and then twisting them around to reveal her insecurities (but don‘t tell her that). But it‘s still early in the season and I have a feeling Camille has a lot of crazy to give. Read more »
What‘s going on with the Real Housewives of Television? Who declared bankruptcy, whose house got broken into, and who can‘t believe the fight she got in with Camille Grammer? I‘ll tell you! (Okay, that last one is a little obvious)Real Housewife of New York, Sonja Morgan files for bankruptcySad! On Wednesday, Sonja Morgan filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, just like Teresa Giudice, Michaele Salahi (chapter 7, technically), and Blockbuster. She blames the financial trouble on a movie she wanted to produce with Hannibal Pictures starring John Travolta. Well, there‘s your reason right there. Hannibal Pictures sued Sonja Productions for over $7 million. Really? "Sonja Productions"?It should come as no surprise to you that she‘s now considering other typical Real Housewife endeavors, such as producing a clothing line or writing a cookbook. Make it stop! The Real Housewives are taking over television, one cross-over at a time! I was so excited to see Atlanta Housewives on Ghost Hunters last night, even if they weren‘t there for very long and didn‘t see much. Next week, on The Fashion Show Ultimate Collection, the fashion houses will be designing clothes for the Real Housewives of New Jersey and the Real Housewives of Orange County. I‘m all about it! I love when we see the Housewives outside of their natural show habitat (showbitat? Let‘s just let this one go). In the past we‘ve seen the Real Housewives of Orange County (and their kids) on Shear Genius, and Kim Zolciak just made an appearance as a guest judge on Hair Battle Spectacular. Here are some shows I‘d like to see some Real Housewives cross into.  Read more »
